They can probably take Oklahoma in a tight game. It's nice to know that OU has decided to play the whole season with their heads up their asses.

It's a moot point anyways b/c OU isn't winning this game. Good god it's really like they just want to give the win away. They just keep making as many mistakes as possible. Turnovers, busted plays, boneheaded moves.....just everything possible to not win. It's kind of frustrating.

Touchdown Adrian Peterson. Ok even if OU wins this game......do they drop out of the Top 25? I'd think that b/c it's on the road against a good team they may just stay right where they're at but this game still doesn't give much hope. Althought Bomar is at least showing some flashes of being a good player someday in between fumbling snaps.

*bangs head into table* They could be winning this game if they didn't commit these penalties and turnovers. All 10 of UCLA's points are from turnovers.

Seriously OU.....how hard is it to hold onto the football? Apparently that thing is greased or something everytime OU touches it this season.

Man fumbles and turnovers have plagued OU this season After Clayton mishandled the punt last year against OSU and then Bradley mishandled the punt against USC and NOW Holmes messes up the punt against UCLA.......I will forever fear punts as a Sooner.

The funniest thing is that during the offseason I was posting on this College FB message board and I made a poll called "Who will win the SEC?" And I put the big teams on there and then at the bottom as a joke put "Fuck that noise. Here comes Vandy." I didn't think I was serious!

Dammit! I'm so used to covering games that it's affecting me in all facets of life! We were going to a strip club last night for a friends bachelor party and I told my friend James "Hurry up James! I want to get to the game!"

Well I got free tickets to Unforgiven. They call me and tell me that they don't allow media backstage at the games. But then they said "But thank you for coming to the press conference and giving us pub...I'lll leave you two tickets at the box office. Enjoy the show!" I wonder where they're at?

I don't know what seasons they're on but I like: -Kamp Krusty(my fav episode ever) -The Radioactive Man Movie -Homer Bad Man(which i NEVER see in syndication) What season are all of these from? I know they're different seasons but yeah....

Skip Bayless wrote an OU homer article.....it was just weird b/c I didn't know that about him. ESPN also thinks we should petition the NCAA to give Jason White a 9th year of eligibility.

I've had this game for a while and I'm just now noticing that any trophy that I have won in Dynasty or Heisman mode doesn't save. I'll go in to look at it later and it won't be there.......like I never won anything! Has anyone else had these problems?

If Bomar has to run then he's just fine b/c he's made two big plays in OU's games with his legs. But he's got unshakeable confidence. He's acting like he's not worried about this weekend at all and like he just had the greatest game of his life. They're simplifying the offense and throwing shorter passes this week...so we'll see if he can handle it. I mean Eli Manning won a game when they did that in the NFL! Oh and I hope the Sooner nation now realizes how great Jason White was. I mean it's obvious after watching the team this year that he was just an awesome college QB. The guy never did anything that made you go "WOW!" but during the season(we'll forget the bowl games. lol) He just went out there and put the ball on the numbers. Those overthrows, INTs, and underthrows that Bomar made wouldn't have been made by White. A local radio guy said "With Adrian Peterson or Barry Sanders they did things that made you go WOW! But with White he's just great and consistently great that you were used to it and you never stood up and shook your head in disbelief b/c you expected it from him." I don't know if OU will ever have another QB like that.

Supposedly UCLA is soft on the defense and you can run all over them if you try....which we know OU will try and we know Peterson will try to smack someone in the mouth. Honestly I don't think the problem for OU will be getting the offense going this weekend. I worry more about the defense trying to stop Maurice Drew and Marcedes Lewis. I mean they let Tulsa's tight end have something like 11 catches and Lewis is MUCH better. And I think the OU secondary will be tested though I don't think Olsen is the best QB they've seen this year to be honest.

When did I ever say OU doesn't have talent? They have all the talent in the world. It's just new talent that'd underdeveloped and the coaching staff is not putting it into a position to win and honestly I don't have confidence in Chuck Long to do that after what I saw on Saturday.

I mean Farve played with a broken thumb, McNair with everything, hell even Jason White played with turf toe, a torn ligament in his foot(i believe), and a broken hand(not effectively obviously). Yes the Crimson and Cream colored glasses did rule but once you start sports writing it kind of becomes hard to be a fan. I mean I'm still a Sooner fan and hope for them to win all but I'm not blind...let's put it that way.

Bullshit. Everyone remembers that they won a title, and beyond that they don't really remember much. Unless the title's split or disputed in some way, (something like Michigan and Nebraska), everybody remembers national titles about the same, regardless of how good the team was or whether they were favored going into the game. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Whatever. Everyone talks about OU not being able to win the big one but conveniently forget they won the big one in 2000. When you try to point that out there's always some bullshit excuse about them not being that good, playing a bad FSU team, or not deserving it or something like that. Oh and I'm not down on OU.
