Damn no feedback. I thought i raised some good points.....and I thought I was being good this time.

I still say my comments about purple being kryptonite is true. We always have trouble with KSU and I mean we lost to TCU and Northwestern a couple of times in the 90's and now we lose to TCU today!

So did you guys expect that from me? Or did you expect me to come in here typing in all caps and going nuts? Some more points: --Those QB's needed to run a little bit more. Chuck Long is SCARED of having his QB's run. --They are too bullheaded with their offensive philosophy! Rhett Bomar and Paul Thompson are not good enough to run the same offense that Jason White ran so don't force them to do it! They did this with Nate Hybl too. He can't do what Josh Heupel does but they tried to force him to do it! Fuck Chuck! You seem to forget who Jason White was! Unless your last name is Leinart or Jacobs you probably won't run the offense like he did in that system! --TCU had no respect for OU's passing game(rightfully so!). They lined up 8 men in the box everytime. Even on that last drive where you knew OU was going to throw it. Did they throw it deep to Wilson? Hell no. They tried those short passes. --Everyone is going to stack the box and take Peterson away. Unless the QB learns to pass or the O-Line learns to block then Peterson won't make it to the Texas game. He'll be in intensive care. They are going to KILL him! --Bob obviously didn't get the recruits over the past few years b/c his teams were so good. He probably scared off all the good players! --I didn't see a lot of heart today. --OU's mystique is gone. Pretty much always during Stoops tenure they've been able to intimidate opponents and use this air about them. But when you lose 2 National Title games in a row including a 55-19 ass whipping that mystique is gone! Yeah USC was the #1 team in the country but they still whipped your ass guys! You can't push people around anymore. --They'd better come out next weekend and shove Tulsa around and put up 50 or else they're going to have a long day at UCLA. Fuck they're going to have a long day at UCLA no matter what. --I'd be estatic if this team somehow went 9-2 and went to the Holiday or Cotton Bowl. Hell I'd be fucking jumping for joy! Right now I'm thinking we're heading straight for the ALAMO BOWL. --Hell I'd LOVE to see us drop out of the Top 25 and have to FIGHT our ways back in. How'd I do guys? Did you expect more of a meltdown? Or am I being rational? I'm trying not to be an ass about things this year so everyone doesn't hate me here. Oh and I just noticed Colorado is getting beat by CSU. Well the Big XII was up last year but it's just COMPLETE ASS this year. And Big XII in basketball will suck too. Man what a down year for the conference on all cylinders.

Oh upset of the year? Or will something bigger happen this season? Wow this'll also be the first time that OU has dropped out of the Top 10 since 2000. Bob Stoops is learning some humility I guess. Hopefully he responds well.

Wow.....just wow. Words cannot describe how I feel but I'll give it a shot. --We are not good offensively and average defensively. Not good at all. --Turnovers. Jesus christ guys. --BAD PLAY CALLING!!! Fire Chuck Long!!! I was saying it after the Orange Bowl. His play calling was just vanilla and horrible. --We are not a good team. At least not right now. --I didn't think the loss of the seniors would hurt us as bad as it's turned out to hurt us. I was sitting there going "If we had Jason White and Mark Clayton this game would be over!!!!" --The offensive line needs to learn how to fucking block. --Once again horrible play calling. --I give TCU credit but jesus OU should've won this game going away. --In the past Bob Stoops has ran with a bad offense but but had a monster defense to back it up and win games. But we don't have that monster defense this year. --Now that other teams know the rest of the offense sucks then AD will get nothing b/c they'll be all over him every game until the rest of the offense proves it can score. I've been an Oklahoma fan for a long time. And never under Bob Stoops have all of my hopes been dashed like they were today. We've always lost the big game towards the end of the season or in the NC game. Never an opener. We've lost 1 game(now 2) under Bob Stoops at home! And this happens? I'm speechless and flabbergasted. Since I started writing for the paper and trying to view college football more objectively this doesn't hurt as bad as it would say last year. Last year I would be having a heart attack. Now I"m just upset but ready to see other teams play. The perils of entering the business as a sports writer maybe? Your fandom is swallowed up? Can 2GOLD or anyone else that writes sports comment on this? Because honestly I'm not freaking out or turning red or screaming or anything. I mean it does feel like a bad dream but shit.....I knew they had question marks. But not like this. So I assume now we'll lose to Texas and Texas Tech and maybe Texas A&M. So Cotton Bowl or Holiday Bowl here we come!!!!! Yay....and stuff. Now if they can correct all these problems and become Oklahoma football again then the next 2 years then yeah things will look up and this will be a wakeup call. But if things continue to spiral like they have the past few years then I have no clue what to believe. I know most people would kill to have their programs in the position that OU has been in the past 6 years but honestly.....getting blown out in National Title games and losing to TCU.....that's not Oklahoma football. Not at all. So either Oklahoma is going to use this and become the elite team they have been under Bob Stoops or they're going to just become another good team in the country lost amongst the faces. But this does suck but you know it's our fault. We're not that good this year.

I have some hope for Mike Stoops' program this year. Just saying. Not like they'll go to a bowl but they'll do better than 3 wins.

Damn......should've gone for it on 4th and 5 Zona.

I'm really pulling for Arizona because of the attachment to Mike Stoops. My early line for OU/TCU is 38-17 in favor of OU.

Wooooooo-hooooooooo! OU opens up against TCU tomorrow. I can't wait. Well I hate the fact that the game is at 11 AM and students have to be there 2 hours early. And since I live 20 minutes from Norman I have to wake up at the ass-crack of dawn to get down there and get a good seat.

I kind of liked some of those defensive packages where South Carolina had no down lineman. However that looks dangerous as hell.

God dammit. It's 3.09 a gallon here. So I can get 3 gallons and a little bit more for 10 bucks!? 10 bucks used to get me like 8 to 9 gallons!!! God dammit! This is gouging and the thing that sucks is that there is NOTHING I can do about it right now!

OU should probably ass-rape TCU up and down Owen Field......at least I'm hoping. I thought they would do the same to Bowling Green last year and they only won something like 40-24. Since the game is on Monday who does everyone think has a better chance of beating their respective rival that has haunted them this season? Texas or Florida State?

What happened to get them in against Tennessee? And yeah they were heavily favored over OU. I have the DVD of the entire game. The commentators before the game went on about how OU was unrespected and the underdog and they didn't think they had much of a chance. Of course you got little Bowden going "If FSU plays their best tonight then OU has no chance."
