I'm really disappointed about Pinkston. Yeah he was a wuss but I think he was shedding that at the end there. He really appeared to be getting better and had a man's performance in the Super Bowl.

Yeah I know but I was talking about almost losing to bad teams. LSU was by no stretch a bad team. I hold faith that we won't lose to Texas but realistically looking at it....... Although I heard someone tell me to be more worried about UCLA than Texas. I do not fear UCLA. We're going to Pasadena to beat up USC's little brother.

This is certainly a kick in the balls. I was going to ask for a TO jersey for christmas but now I think I'll go with Westbrook. A nice black one to accomodate my green McNabb jersey. I definitely won't wear anything with Owens name on it.

USC almost lost to Stanford! OU almost lost to OSU! Auburn almost lost to.....ok well they didn't almost lose to anyone bad. But the point still is that he trend seems to be that good teams come out flat against bad ones. I wouldn't be shocked to see USC enter into another titanic struggle with a bad team this year and then spin around and blow someone like ASU out by 50. I'm sure glad that Igg's polls don't decide who goes where....one of the ones that does though has my Sooners firmly entrenched at 5. Where we'll probably end they year b/c we'll probably lose 1 game. I mean it's hard to argue with 1-4-4-3-3 as finishes and think they'll finish lower. There were just as many questions with the 2000 title team as there are this year. Then again I wouldn't be shocked to see us lose 2 games and finish at like 8. But out of the Top 10? Won't happen(hasn't happened since 2000 at least). Oh and something that makes me mad. SBC has now gotten their name attached to the Red River Shootout. It's now the "SBC Red River Rivalry". And it's the 100th year. The year we probably lose is the 100th game.....dammit!

See I don't agree with the choppers over his house but all he's doing is hurting this team. I was very optimistic about the Eagles future after last season but now......I mean I know we're still good enough to take that division but with all the crap that's going on I don't know what else.

Man I'd sacrifice a good season for the Eagles this season if they could build better team chemistry and get rid of any malcontent on the team. Even though I'd like the Eagles to do as well as possible I just don't think this is healthy for the team in the long run.

On an unrelated note has anyone ever run into those fans that think they know it all? I remember on Sunday when I was at OU practice I had these 2 old men standing behind me and they were saying things like: "What's he doing on the field? That guys not good." "I've heard about him! They should start him!"(guy they just praised gets beat) "Oh well he's a bum." "Does Stoops know what he's doing? You know what I'd do?" And just other various crap.

For the record coach Stoops doesn't care he'll say it anyways. Damn does nobody remember that press conference where he said that? I was slapping my face after he said it going "Come on Bob! Think!"

Coach Stoops would like to remind us all that Igg has a contract with the SEC and an agenda to follow. What.....I can't poke fun at stupid things my coach says?

I'm not going to start anything except mention that OU has not dropped out of the Top 10 since 2000, has finished since 2000 1-4-4-3-3 and will more than likely be a one loss team this year. Screams Top 10. That is all I have to say on the subject.

Truthfully I didn't really go to any OU practices when he was there. From what I understand Mark Clayton was more of a leader than he was though. Makes me wonder how he won so many games and scored so many TD's if he wasn't much of a leader and didn't command his team. I actually heard that Norm Chow likes him and that's the reason he even got picked up by the Titans.

Well the Titans had a thing up about all the OU players on the Titans and they were talking about how Woofolk and Calmus will start. I know he won't play ever but how did White look?

Something I noticed about ESPN. How come they got all in a huff when the computers left USC out in 2003 and were like "The human polls should mean more!" So the human polls are changed to mean more and b/c of that Cal is left out and Texas is put in(which in the end appeared to be the right decision) and then ESPN gets all huffy again and is like "the voters are wrong!" And then they get all high and mighty and pull their name off of the poll. What the fuck? They can't have it both ways.

Well supposedly Grady is transferring anyways to a school in California. UCLA and Fresno State have been rumored but if the guy doesn't have the grades at OU then how the hell is he going to make it at a place like UCLA?

He's like 2nd or 3rd string right now b/c he's a freshman. I bet he redshirts. I was expecting a monster like his father but he's only 6'2".
