But OU and LSU are playing a team that is better than Michigan. They're going to have a tougher time dominating than USC because the team they are facing is better than what USC had to work with. *sigh* I give up. You're basically saying "They'll have to dominate there opponent like USC did despite the fact that their opponent is better than USC's opponent, thus is harder to dominate."

Also people who are prone to a bias and also pay attention to WHEN a loss was while it should really have no bearing. They basically look at what is happening now. They don't set back and look at what has occured over the season.

Yes but they aren't going to be #1 in the Coaches poll after Sunday's game. Yet OU is #1 in the BCS. What I don't understand is this. I realize the BCS is flawed. But why are the Coaches poll and the AP poll considered the godly end all be all of everything? They are flawed as well.

Well they were still saying it was the national title. They said "This is for the BCS National Title, last night was for the AP National Title" They didn't try to diminish one like the announcers from last night were doing.

What? Who's to say that LSU and OU wouldn't have dominated Michigan? Fact is that it's going to be harder for OU and LSU to dominate one another because they are facing such good teams as opposed to USC who didn't face as good a team as OU and LSU are facing. By the way.....why is the AP National Championship considered the "real" national championship?

OU also beat Oklahoma State. Who I believe was ranked in the top 25 at the time and was going in to today's game. They also beat Alabama. I'm not sure what there ranking at the time was but I believe it was 22.

Hmm.....an argument that is basically trying to be used her. OU beat better opponents than USC. OU played better football all around than USC. It's no coincedence that the statistics back them up in addition to the visual proof.

Ok then I'll give you this. Based on the way the team plays against quality opponents OU is a better team than USC. They do just about everything better than USC. And I am not saying this because I am biased. I am saying this because I have seen both teams play and OU just plain plays better football. And if you come back and accuse me of being biased then I can say the same thing about you. You've proven to have a bias against OU. Wait you've seen both teams play plenty? Umm........you just said that the Michigan game was the first time you've seen USC play. And you act like you've only seen OU play in the Big XII title game.

And if we're going around basing it on just one game then OU is still the better team because they lost to a ranked team while USC lost to an unranked team.

Umm.....yes I have given you a reason. Look at their numbers. They played better football than USC. They scored more points, didn't allow as many points scored on them, and held there opponents to less yards. And they did it while playing BETTER teams than USC. We've been through this. Because you can't read and all you can see coming from me is "OU ROOLZ!" is your fault.

And you have yet to give me a good solid reason why they are better aside from "OU got beat by K-State." which I've already destroyed. I'm still waiting for you to come up with something valid besides an insult. Wait wait wait you destroyed what now? You can disagree and bring up valid points as to why that shouldn't matter. But you just admitted the points were valid and good. So someone try to find a way to respond to them rather than just bringing up that one game. Yes I am a newbie but I saw the season and I saw how good OU did in relation to USC. So why doesn't someone look at my points and answer me. Aside from that one game why is OU a bad team? Why is USC a better team than LSU and OU? I mean both teams posted better numbers and both teams scored more points and both teams allowed less yards and points scored on them. Both teams lost to a ranked team. If that one game negates OU's entire season then why doesn't USC and LSU's losses negate there whole season. Yes OU got beat bad but they lost to a ranked team...USC didn't.

And looking at the numbers. You know based on how they have consistently played ALL season OU and LSU are BETTER TEAMS THAN USC. They play better football, post more points, and don't allow themselves to be scored on as much. Besides.......OU lost in there conference title game yes but once again a game that USC didn't have to play...USC got there title by way of having the best record. If OU was a Pac-10 team then they would've won the conference as well. But they had to earn it by playing the second best team in the conference. Make a good argument. Make an argument aside from them losing the conference title. Because we've destroyed that argument but it's all you can come up with. Aside from that you CANNOT come up with a good reason why OU is the worst team of the 3 and doesn't deserve a share at the national title. Come up with it now. Otherwise you've lost.

TD Ohio State! Now KSU needs 3 TD's in the 4th Quarter to tie OSU. Oh and on the "K-State losing makes OU look bad." It doesn't hold much water since KSU lost to Texas and Oklahoma State. Two teams that OU embarassed.
