Man....I wanted my national title again....but not like this. It's tainted.....

So OU still has a chance. Man these guys on ABC are PISSED that OU is in that game. But I still like what OU had to say about it. "We can't help it. It is not our fault that we played that good throughout the season." Basically they played so good throughout the season that the BCS still held them up top. That right there shows that they deserve to be in the Championship. And if they dominate all over LSU and USC just squeaks by Michigan...then they may just be voted #1 in the AP.

Let's put it this way. The girls that all guys want. The ones that guys may deny they want but actually want. The hot blonde cheerleaders and such...that's what girls I'm referring to.

/shrug It all comes down to what you're into- I can certainly see why someone who loathes romance stories would hate VIII, because you're right- unlike IX or X, there's nothing else there to take the focus off the Squall/Rinoa romance. But I love romance, and that's why I love VIII- it has a very clear focus and it sticks to it. Plus, the setting and general ambience of the game (having the best FF soundtrack of them all helps a LOT here) is unrivaled by any other FF game. I like romance as much as the next guy. But I didn't enjoy that romance at all.

I sure as hell thought OU did in '00. They beat the Cornfuckers, beat KSU twice and dominated sports-media darling FSU Try arguing with a Miami fan over it.

I'm still a newbie...you are telling me that there has never been a real national champion that everyone agrees on? God damn that sucks. But even with a playoff there will still be "Oh they got lucky. They don't deserve it." talk.

Because if YOU don't think they deserve it I have a sinking feeling that a lot of America thinks they don't deserve it. I mean you are people like the rest of America. Plus it'll give any OUhaters fuel to say OU is undeserving. Oh and about overrated. If anybody's overrated it's fucking Stoops.

But I'm still wanting to know what people will say if OU wins the National Title and Michigan beats USC. Will you say that OU isn't the national champion or doesn't deserve it? Because suddenly they have the best record in the league and the AP poll will vote them #1 will it not? Therefore OU is the champion no if's and's or but's.

So we've basically got it down to LSU and Oklahoma at either one or two. You know I want my team to have the National Title...but god dammit I don't want it like this. I'd just rather they played Michigan. YES YOU HEARD ME RIGHT. I'd rather LSU and USC battle it out. I don't want OU to have it like this. But it's looking like they will.

Well if USC loses to Michigan then they'll say that everything works and LSU/OU is the undisputed champion. When is the Rose Bowl anyways? We'll know if we have a co-champion before the game happens. And it'll be interesting to see if the commentators make mention of it during the Sugar Bowl. Oh and if USC wins...do they get a big crystal football? And does the winner of the OU/LSU get one to? If this BS continues I'm so through with College Football....NFL all the way......
