What angles has Gowan been in? And he's by no meams the worse wrestler to have beaten Matt Hardy. And his loss is (apparently) part of Hardy's next angle, so it shouldn't be worthless. Well he was involved in the big angle with Hogan/McMahon/Piper and was used to help sell Vengeance with his McMahon match. But since then? He hasn't really had an angle...other than a chew toy for Brock.

Yes he was a mystery partner but how did Sable go about convincing him to be his partner? Up to that Point, Edge had yet to make his debut and all we knew about him was that he was a brooding outcast... Actually he'd already debuted but he'd only had like 2 matches up until that point. Well, when he comes back, and he is the character he was orginally when he came (which I thought was a great character), the beard works. But for everyday life, when he's still recovering, trimmed beard looks better. Maybe his wife likes the big beard? Who cares? It's what I like matters! as i said. give him like one week with the title and a succesful defense, and then next week have him job it to jericho or kane or someone decent. just not hhh or goldberg. How is this a good idea at all? One week title reigns are what helps to kill belts. Flair should not parade around with the belt for a week before jobbing it. That just further devalues it. not if its flair. the fans will know why thats going on. if he gave it to say jericho and jericho got a good serious title run the belt would be fine. ?????
