Hmm....I might be the only one to think this but..... Legend of Legaia: It was the second RPG I ever played after FF7. And let me say...it engrossed me and had me coming back for more. I played the game 3 times as a matter of fact. Something about the ancient non-technological world engulfed me. I have Legaia 2 but haven't gotten a chance to play it yet. Oh and...... Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic: I haven't even finished it yet but I am so into it. And I really feel the story. I mean what's more epic than Star Wars?

I can almost buy this excuse. I actually turned off the TV after the tag match. However, like any person with a brain who knows how to tell time, I then noticed the clock had a bit to go until 11, and knowing Raw usually goes off a bit after 11, I turned it right back on and remembered Christian and RVD's match. So Raw lost viewers that don't know how to tell time. Actually most people probably saw that there were 20 minutes left and thought this..."Well the main event ended early...must be an interview...." because let's face it. What usually happens when a match promoted as the main event ends early??? Usually not another match....an interview usually with Austin or Bischoff.

Umm...have you not been paying attention.... 1)nobody knew RVD was coming off. It's already been stated that people who watched the entire show forgot he was even wrestling and thought that the Tag Match was the main event. So no they wouldn't have stuck around for RVD. 2) the ratings drop off was from Coach/JR everyone tuned out after that crap. But they gradually came back and it picked up for the ladder match. Which means everyone flipped back and stayed to watch RVD/Christian. The fact that they gained back viewers says something. 3) They've been built up as useless midcarders and this match wasn't even promoted as the main event. So there was no way that they could draw a big number and the fact that they brought back fans in the first place is good. So what were you saying again? Oh right....nothing.

I still want to know how buying a front row ticket gets you access to the ring. I will go to RAW next time it's in OKC get front row tickets and act like THE DUMBEST MARK EVER. Yeah they mentioned the ladder match once and it was never spoken of again. Then Ross called the next match the main event. What's to make anyone from thinking "Oh boy here comes a crappy interview...the main event just ended 20 minutes early...." I know when I was watching it I was wondering what could be next after the Main event then I saw the IC belt being strung up after the commercial break and was like "Oh yeah....forgot about that......" So...once again RVD/Christian can't be blamed. Plus it's as everyone says. They build these two up as a mid card act and then expect them to draw? Not likely. Hell it should've been the hour one main and had JR/Coach as the main...then we'd see what story those ratings would be. I gurantee you JR/Coach would be the lowest rated segment on the show if it was placed in the ME spot. Once again you can't blame RVD/Christian. It think it's a testament that RVD/Christian were even able to bring ANY viewers back after that crap.

You can't completely blame those on RVD at all. Number 1 the cage was to low and number 2 HHH was WAY to close to RVD. He could've scooted back. Oh and he's never even put anybody out of action or ended a career.

I think you're right there Ripper. I mean the ratings plummeted after that Strap match and slowly went up. Which would lead one to think that everyone quit watching because of that BS but then came back to see what was happening and a good fraction of that returned for the ladder match. So RVD and Christian can't really be blamed for this. But JR/Coach can as they killed the ratings for the rest of the show.

I'm not expert on the Book Trilogy(which is shocking since i am such a D&D nerd) but wasn't the constant bombardment of Aragorn/Arwen crap not even in the books? Well it's no suprise that the GC SCII sold best and PS2 sold worst. Look at who was advertised for each one. Oh and the XBox games outrenting PS2 games? Usually the XBox versions have extras or are just hands down better than the PS2 version. That could explain it...
