I'm still not getting the big deal about the Raven/Douglas stuff. I thought it was pretty good...

Was the old stuff really that bad that they couldn't show any of it? The stuff with Ron Killings, BG James, Ken Shamrock, and Jarrett on top? Did they just have to show recent stuff?

But Eddie and Benoit fans are pretty much the same thing. At least I am.

Well I'm not really viewing TNA as a bush league ECWish Indy Promotion. Nor am I viewing it as a big time WWE promotion. I can't describe it...it reminds me of syndicated wrestling from back when. I think my mom put it best..."This looks like wrestling when I watched it..." *and she hasn't watched it since she was a kid*

This is quite possibley one of the best movies I've ever watched. However it had me nearly in tears when it showed the scenes from Columbine. I usually don't get emotional but seeing them shoot those people got to me. And then everyone's reaction. Of course the most powerful and unsettling part of the movie is where it shows how many deaths America has caused over the years. And it tops it all off by showing the WTC attacks and saying "Osama Bin Laden uses his CIA Training to kill 3,000 Americans in New York City." very unsettling. And the OKC Bombing scenes...since I live in Moore(a suburb of OKC) this hit at home with me very hard.

Since I saw the 1 cent show last night and it really turned me on to TNA I will order this...but did they ever show who the mystery man in the white hoodie and gloves was?

I thought it was a good fun match...but it was nowhere NEAR the level of Angle/Benoit...nothing really has been. Oh and why is everyone jumping on the Raven/Douglas stuff? This was my first exposure to TNA and I really enjoyed the feud...

I wish I still had my NES....it sucks...I sold it a long time ago. And I love the NES system and all the games. I still play them at a friend, who has the NES's, house to this day. It's not just nostalgia...the games were really that good.

Ok I was just watching some old WWF tapes of mine around the time that Austin was getting hot. The fans started going crazy for him because of his rebellious attitude and because he was something that nobody had ever seen before. Then the WWF finally had no choice but to push him. And I really don't think The Rock's push was anything like this...sure Rock got over on his charisma but there was something more special about Austin's explosion. Now I was wondering how are they EVER going to do this again? I mean Austin was a bad-ass that didn't listen to anybody(which is every main-event face these days) so how would a wrestler strike hot like he did? The only one I can forsee doing it at this time is Eddie. I mean he's starting to get to that point and I can see it happening...but you know it'll get fucked up.

Why oh why did they do that with Y2J on RAW? They turned him face and BOOM he was insta-over. The fans were chanting his name and going crazy. Then they BOOM turned him heel again. And then had Austin whip his ass. That was just a little bit absurd. And then when they turned him heel the fans didn't boo...they just kind of sat there like "ok I don't give a damn" just like in Montreal with the HBK/Y2J confrontation. So.....what the fuck was the deal?

My mom said she'd split the cost of the PPV with me...how do I go about doing this?
