That's what worries me. We can live in a country where any form of personal convenience is disallowed but as long as we don't get blown up, we win. I on't feel my personal liberties have been threatened. But at some point, we have to step back and realize that winning a war against terrorism is not simply a matter of survival. We haven't lost civilian lives to terrorism in five years, but we're paying twice as much for gasoline. A small band of Islamic fundamendalists have done much to stretch our resources thin, more so than they really should have any ability to. Well that's what happens when certain events in history are used to launch a new international policy while the country is too scared to question the administration. Hellooooo 2002~! Of course it is nice and very convenient that the majority of America is coming around on this now, but it would have been a hell of a lot nicer had these same people been paying this much attention BEFORE these actions had been set into motion. It would have been a hell of a lot easier to prevent the war in iraq from starting, then trying to manage the current situation. Maybe so Mike. But I don't blame people for being scared. That 9-11 shit really cut to the bone for everyone who saw it. As long as it gets the remedy I'll have no complaint about my country. A mistake is a mistake. Apologise, fix it, and try not to dwell. It does no good to hold grudges in the long run. I have my doubts about too many people sharing this point of view.

Are you saying that since Israel is supposedly MORE like US that we should support them by default? Not that the alterations made the smoke look all that much worse. In fact the smoke looked to be roughly the same amount. So why they did it like that is anyones guess IF making it look worse was the point.

There is no hypocracy here when both sides are acting like murdering assholes. Both sides are holding prisoners. Both sides are fanning the flames. That is why I choose to not support either. It's sort of like supporting the troops even if you don't support the policy. Though I doubt you could understand that considering your political affiliation. Which isn't intended as a burn on my part to you. It's just the feedback I get from conservative leaning people.

The transition between Flair/Steamboat to Flair/Funk was so well done. They planted the seed having Funk do color during the 2/3 Falls match just to get Funk back on peoples radar. His being objective during the match makes you comfortable with Funk in spite of his rep. That way when Funk challenges Flair after he wins the title back... no one sees it coming.
