They won't drop out of the top 10, probably, because they've been #1 a couple of weeks, and because there aren't that many teams with better records out there. I'd think they'd definitely deserve to be behind all the undefeated teams (ASU, Kansas, BC), and certainly 1-loss LSU, Oklahoma, USF, WVU, Missouri, and the winner of Oregon/USC, all of whom would have better wins and relatively equal or better losses. Maybe they could stay ahead of a 1-loss USC, even if Oregon would be a better win than anyone Ohio State has played.

I had them at #6, but I would move them up considerably after tonight (I'm ranking strictly on resumes, not as a power poll). Even assuming Ohio State and Oregon both win, I think I'd have to put BC no lower than #2. They'd have a slightly stronger sets of wins than Ohio State, and they'd have more or less equal to Oregon's performance so far, but with one fewer loss.

So manly he pukes. Awesome finish.

What's with all these ridiculous unsportsmanlike conduct calls this season? College is supposed to be the fun league.
-
ACC refs at it again, blowing a really obvious incomplete call and giving VT a touchdown early in the 2nd. The way this ugly game is going, that might be enough for the W.

Probably not. The article is pretty funny, but the comments are funnier.

That was more for me than him.

Great keyboard loop that takes a lot of time to really develop. Sublime backing track that never lets up, very Krautrock-cool. Overall, the music breathes and goes in the right direction every time there's a chance for it to take a fork. Genuinely impassioned singing, deeply affecting semi-surreal but extremely earnest and personal lyrics. Gorgeous hook. The whole song is one giant, perfect crescendo. Also, if you're watching in on youtube, you might be watching the 5-minute edit, which lacks some of the impact of the epic 7-minutes plus album track.

New link. Still a little too much "Jack's working for a government counter-terrorism agency," but hey, Kurtwood Smith!

Yep, that's it. About dead even is UGK and Outkast's "International Player's Anthem," my favorite rap song in forever. Strong runner-up consideration granted to M.I.A.'s "Paper Planes" and Animal Collective's "Fireworks" and "Peacebone," which are possibly a little higher in my estimation than they need to be since both were fantastic live.

Fuck yeah. Maximum pimpage, maximum greatness.

I don't get what I'd have to keep spending money on either. My two-year-old Powerbook still works great and I haven't had to do a thing with it. And yeah, I paid extra to get a system that ran OSX, and I'm completely happy with that. I've never had a serious crash or any sort of spyware, and I like the current interface much more than any Windows OS. It's a luxury that, for me, has been well worth its cost.

I actually do like "Heat of the Moment" when I'm drunk, but it just seemed right there. And I legitimately enjoy Journey's best singles.

I wonder if he sat on the floor of the doctor's office and cried when he got the diagnosis.

Holy shit. UVA won a gritty game on the road against a good opponent. I'm shitting myself with glee.

I love how even in years when Stanford's pretty terrible, Team Tedford gives Bored maniacal glee.

More like Neil Old, amirite.

When I played Little League in 4th grade, I had pretty much the highest on-base percentage of anyone on the team, or in the rest of the league for that matter. I was about 4' 6", had no strike zone to speak of, and batted lefty, so I almost always got walked on 4 or 5 pitches or hit in the side. I ruled that shit. EDIT: Czech, to this day I still pull those same moves at mini-golf courses. Fuck you windmill, I'm chipping across the river.

Let's hear a little love for Darryl, probably the best character of all. Very much enjoying that he's getting a little more face time this season.

I don't think you'd get ripped. They're both good. Thing is, as King said above, I can't see the Lakers being too thrilled with a Kobe trade that doesn't get them a superstar back. A whole 1st line of good to very good players aren't that useful for them; they've already got too many guys. Ultimately, I think the "assorted players" would have to include at least two of Chicago's top three.

That's probably a terrible Minnesota team's last chance for a win this year. Bet they lose.

If pressed, I'd guess Ohio State picks up two losses from here on out. The next 5 teams they play are the 5 best teams on their schedule. My national championship guess remains LSU/Oklahoma. I can't decide if I'm going to the UVA/Maryland game or not. I could get a ticket pretty easily, but yeesh, College Park is a dump.
