  1. I'll gush all over your face and you'll love it. This site is great, by the way. Velvet Underground, "Heroin":
  2. Haha. That paragraph of wisdom merits nothing more than that.
  3. In my perfect world, Marvin will turn her into a human hotplate with his passion and use the oil to cook porkchops on her back.
  4. I'm glad I didn't take lunch yet today, so I can go pervin' with the boys!
  5. Yeah, this was a good one. Vic is getting scary-obsessed with getting to Guardo just like Kavanaugh was tripping into madness himself. Loved the ending. I hope Kavanaugh pops up again somewhere down the line like Antwon did, if this is the end to his arc.
  6. Mecca keeps it real. Real dumb.
  7. I don't think he was brutial enough.
  8. When is the Three 6 Mafia show on? I always miss it and haven't been able to find it at any regular time.
  9. Coat is My Father, we just have too much love to give.
  10. I kinda like Public Image Limited!
  11. Oh god, to be at the same dinner table as Britney and Bill Walton. I can't even hypothesize what that would look like.
  12. Huh. I generally have a really hard time getting through the self-titled. Actually, I have a hard time with You Forgot it in People too, but for different reasons. The self-titled is bloated and ponderous, while YFIIP is full of songs good enough to leave me satisfied no matter where I stop.
  13. Well, there's--hopefully--the format change this show so desperately needs. Though I wish it happened with a little more than the 7 hours or so we have left in the season.
  14. If you like 4 minutes of crap, you'll probably like 45.
  15. I saw them open for the Pixies in 2004 and got the "Ambulance" encore, and saw them last October and got the "Let the Devil In" jam (which I actually thought was fairly underwhelming compared to the rest of the show, though still cool). I think I'd see them again once they put out another album.
  16. I love TVOTR, but I think I'd be hard-pressed to find any band I'd want to see that many times--certainly that many times in such a short timeframe (obviously only the last 4ish years for TVOTR). At some point I think I'd get worn out, or see a so-so show that would kind of disappoint me and drag them down.
  17. I never skip a thing on London Calling or Blonde on Blonde. I tend to approach albums in a style completely opposite to that. A single mediocre song often becomes a lot less mediocre when it's part of a cohesive album, and to skip that song disrupts the flow of the whole larger item. I find that's really the case with some artists particular, like Brian Eno or Can.
  18. Michael Bay didn't actually direct Con Air; that was Simon West, the guy who did Tomb Raider. I often forget that myself, though; it's basically a Bay-clone. Fucking love that retarded, retarded movie.
  19. My mom likes him a lot.
  20. Most of the time, that's how I listen to music. And I think I've only listened to Appetite all the way through from your list.
  21. TV on the Radio opening for T.I. is like 8 billion times better than any of those. Great combination. I need to see more rap live.
  22. Instant fucking classic. I worked a terrible shitty 16-hour day and this was good enough to send me to bed happy. Great way to come back.
  23. Man, I love that trailer. I don't think we're friends anymore, buddy boy.
  24. This was the first episode I've watched when it actually aired in a while. Last week's episode was absolutely terrible, but this one was okay. Kate bores me and Juliet looks like a handsome young lad. I always like when the retarded but sometimes cool smoke monster shows up. All irritating love triangles/quadrangles/dodecahedrons aside, I think that'll be the thing that bothers me most about this season--if we don't have some explanation for Lostzilla by the time this goes off for the summer. There's absolutely no reason not to by now--we've seen conceivably everything it can do, we know that the Others aren't controlling it and that the weird sonic death fence blocks it. It's time for a reveal, and hopefully the will take care of that.

    My Humps

I went about 6-7 months without hearing it, and I'm a tremendous consumer. Good fortune.
