  1. Is Meltzer saying Vince knew before the show started? If anyone knew first, it would be him. But then why is he going to let his daughter and son in law look like fools by airing them paying tribute to a murderer?

You never know with Vince. He has a sick mind, just think about some of the storylines throughout the years.

I wouldn't be surprised that a little part of Vince would have loved Benoit to not commit suicide and to somehow avoid any prison sentence (or minimal sentence) so he could hire him again and turn him into the biggest heel in the company's history. "Hire him" under the excuse that a man is allowed to make a living. If that scenario was at all possible (which is not because Benoit would have been in prison for the rest of his days), there's no doubt in my mind Vince would have considered it.

Don't ever think for a second that Vince McMahon would be the only promoter to ever do that.

If georgia has any type of death penalty, chris benoit would've gotten it.

Except that it's illegal to execute mentally insane criminals, and it's obvious Benoit was mentally insane.

if they found benoit alive, it would've been hard to find him insane. these murders were premeditated.

  3. my favorites were:

in the army now - this was the episode where beavis and BUTT-head went to the army recruiting office and stole the grenade from the sargent who threatened to shoot them into joining the army.

meet god: where beavis and BUTT-head meet the guy who thinks he's god.

  4. in the 80's, the years when i was growing up, the road warriors were wrestlings version of stone cold steve austin. they were big and agile, disposed of their opponents quickly, had great theme music, and were great at scaring non-wrestling fans. they have had many of great matches that most "smart marks" have never seen. they had great runs in every territory in the world (including all japan and new japan). they were major participants in three of the greatest gimmick matches in the past twenty years (war games 1,2, and war games 89). the reason i posted this is because the road warriors were two of my favorite wrestlers growing up. when i read that road warrior hawk had just died, i was shocked and a little heartbroken.
