Here's a chart on gas prices dating back 90 years. What I don't understand is that gas is hiking up, but before gas prices never really jumped after hurricanes and other natural disasters. So why now?

Yes, and worse. For you Americans I think they are predicting $4-$5 a gallon depending how worse it can get. What pisses me off that they can jump a price a dollar in seconds but to lower the price it takes weeks/months to where it was before.

I don't see how the NHL playoffs are a joke. Sure there are 16 teams entering the playoffs, and it has been for a long long time, but it doesn't mean that there are upsets to be occured. I'm sure if it was a one game win or lose then yes it would be a joke, but if you don't have the essentials of winning the cup, your not going to go far. You gotta play each and every game. If your goaltending has been questionable throughout the season, or your a soft team, you aren't going to go far when the playoffs come around.

Mario Tennis is addicting with a group of friends. Mario Golf I can live without. They should really stop making Metal Gear Solid. Metal Gear on PS1 was awesome, but two bombed (Raiden is not a good character) and three (more movie than game) was unplayable.

Ron Francis is a guaranteed lock, but does not get the recongnition he does deserve. I mean he's fourth in points third in assists, and had three 100 point seasons. He's a solid leader and an excellent passer. There's no reason why he shouldn't be in on his first try.
