As a habs fan I've always thought Oleg Petrov was a great second line scorer. I also think Pierre Dagenias of Montreal was underrated.

No. The Vancouver/Calgary series was the best series in the 04 playoffs since a long time.

LeClair and Amonte? Quick someone call Detroit or Toronto...wait salary cap.

You know those types of games, the games no one wants to play, but you like for some reason. For me it was Nagano Olympics for the N64. The game has the worst control scheme and the graphics are terrible, but that doesn't stop me from playing the game non-stop. Curling, speed-skating, ski jumping and bobsled are fun to play. So what are some guilty pleasure games for you guys?

Well they can sign or someone get Scott Young.

C'mon Treble, I thought you were going to say the Leafs. I'd shit myself if he goes to Tampa.

Anyone here ever tried Spruce Beer. That is next to impossible to drink, unless you love drinking pine needles.

Technically yes, but I think that season both goalies carried the load, like Fuhr/Moog did for the Oilers in the 80's

Its better than their third album which had Learn to Fly, possibly their worse song ever written.

Wow you sound like me of four years ago. Open your mind up. Its not the fact that the beats are repetitive (somewhat depends on the artist) or they sample riffs. Its how well you can use that riff to fit in the flow of the lyrics, and it works well from Public Enemy taking a riff from Anthrax to do the remix of Bring Tha Noise or something cheesy like Vanilla Ice using Under Pressure by Queen. Anyone can make simple beats, but you can't use a hook like No More Tears and take that riff and misused it. It only takes talent to come up with the mood and flow with the riff. And if you actually cared about the lyrics which plays a huge part of rap, that what makes a good song. Listen to GZA, Kanye, Jay-Z, Public Enemy, Aesop Rock, Dr. Dre and even Eminem to look for some great samples and beats.

Scotland, anywhere because of the many golfcourses around int the area. New Zealand. I've always wanted to travel there or live there after retirement. Bermuda. No one goes to Bermuda.

Don't forget in 2000 when Duval came back from five down to implode on the road hole of 17 losing to Tiger.

Fucking Awesome. It'll be only better if someone from the PTC gets charged with child pr0n or something.

There's something about B.Y.O.B. that I like. I love the riffs and the drumming in the song, and it is catchy. The rest of the album lacks what was on their self-titled but it was a better step than Toxiciity.

Tool. Each album gets better and better.

Wow. How old are you? 13? 14? So you don't like rap. Big whoop.

I disagree. Burke is by far the best GM in hockey, and made Vancouver a great team on and off the ice. Naslund, Morrison, Bertuzzi may very well have been hockey's best line, and the Sedins with (insert anyone here) made for a high octane second line. I found Vancouver to be probably the closest to being the best threat for a Canadian team to win Stanley's mug. A great mix of Canadian style, European style hockey, leaders, great locker room guys, rising young players, and a solid defence core. Cloutier was clearly the problem. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Clearly he's right. You can analyze the whole teams weakness, but in playoffs when you don't have realibable goaltending you are going to lose. Cloutier let in a few softy goals which costed his team to advance further into the playoffs. When's the last time a team has won the cup with mediocore netminding.

If Olazabal wins would he be the first person in the Open championship to win the tournament without being invited in the first place? (Seve Ballastaros declined because of back problems.) Although overshadowed, I was quite impressed by Nicklaus first two rounds of his last Open Championship a 75+72 is pretty good for his age.

No way. Dan Cloutier is the best goalie by far (/sarcasm) and yes AoO, Buffalo does have a player named Satan, though where he is going to play next year I have no idea.

TSN rarely carries Hockey games on Friday's. I hope TSN doesn't become Toronto's Sport Network (there's allready two of them).

The previews of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is allready better than that Hippie Tripe of Willie Wonka.

Alice In Chains. They were popular in the early 90's and with the Nu-Metal crzed in the end of the decade, they would have transitioned very well.

Great spots from Wrestling Video Games
Red Baron replied to Rob E Dangerously's topic in Video Games
Just had an awesome 17 minute match between Sabu vs Justin Lyger in Super Fire Pro III for SNES (Emulator of course) with Lyger (CPU) winner. The match was full of counters and quick transitions. I knocked Lyger out of the ring and I waited for him to come back in the ring. Irish Whipped him to the ropes, and I go for a Hurricanrana but he counters into a Lyger Bomb, and it was over.
