1993 Montreal Canadiens: Once Pittsburgh was done, Montreal was going to win the cup. 2003 Seattle Seahawks: 5-1, now, top of their division...Who says they aren't going to make the playoffs? 1961 Chicago Blackhawks: Sub-par team, sweeps Montreal in the semi's and defeats Toronto (I think) in the finals to win the stanley cup. 2002-2003 Anaheim Mighty Ducks: Who'd thunk that Giggy could lead the game, only to fall short

I don't think anyone would and could ever match Layne Staley voice.

I hate Yngwie because Yngwie thinks he creates shit, but its all been done before. D.T. and radio? That doesn't sound right
-
Lars got tired because he hasn't played many older songs in a while.

And this is nothing new... and the ironic thing is that I'm listening to Smells Like Teen Spirit on my radio, while i'm posting this

their decent, but they just did what Motley Crue are doing, and Motley Crue were doing the better job. The only thing Poison did being innovative is having a moster ballad from a hair band, but thats arguable, because Bon Jovi did it a year earlier. As far as imitators. It not back then when Zeppelin, Floyd, because no one could imitate their sound, but the Beatles, you had a spawn of bands copying their sound, which it worked very well. Now, once something is innovative, 1000 or so bands pop out of no where, and get instant success, because of one band, and the sad thing is, no one is really being "innovative" these days.
-
But being Innovative will lead to 1000 other bands trying to mimic the innovative band, thats a downside. Also sometimes being to Innovative can lose your fans, and just blatenly suck, but continue to innovate because, staying the same path would not really suit the band. A perfect example is radiohead.
-
It just depends on how you perceive the music, and the music you listen too. For a band to be well like IMO, they need a great deal of musicanship, then lyrics. Innovation is over-rated though, because there is some one who has done it better before, or there is some one else who would do it better.

That looks amazing... though I wonder if I would put the live CD on. Seeing them twice, and both times played horrible, kinda puts a bad eye on their live ability...

U.N. Passes Resolution To Support U.S. in Iraq
Red Baron replied to Dr. Tyler; Captain America's topic in Current Events
nah, just trying to discuss politics to americans is just the same as trying to help a parapalegic to climb a ladder. It hardly works :-D -

1993: Montreal Canadiens wins their 24th Stanley Cup, and so far, the only professional sports team to win in each decade (so far). 1992-3: Jays winning the World Series 1997: Jacques Villeneuve winning the F1 World Title. Double Gold in 02. Mike Weir winning the Masters earlier this year. 96...Donovan Bailey. 9.84

The first guy's death was pretty weak though. A few things that kinda of cringe or spooked me Spoiler (Highlight to Read): 1.) Erin seeing Leatherface with her ex- boyfriends face sewed on. 2.) The sherif smashing the bottle over the guy jaw was unexpected. 3.) Chainsaw up around the nuts area...Getting sawed off in half is one thing. Getting your nuts off first, then dying...thats different. She maybe too fucked up, but it seemed a while as well. She must have been lost somewhere

While Roger Daultry does a great job of doing Behind Blue Eyes, Pete Townshead does it better when he sings it IMO.

My main beef was that from the beginning. Spoiler (Highlight to Read): The chick was walking on the side of the road, heading towards the town? Wouldn't she be trying to go the opposite direction?

U.N. Passes Resolution To Support U.S. in Iraq
Red Baron replied to Dr. Tyler; Captain America's topic in Current Events
The U.N. should have ignored the U.S. aid to help in Iraq. Be glad that the U.N. is actually doings something to HELP America, because America is fighting a loss cause. You just think that the U.N. isn't helping America, and it isn't, because maybe, the U.N. couldn't really give a rats ass about what America even does. The U.N. helps out a lot of third world nations with aid, peace keeping, and are still there, in places, where America has forgot, Kosovo, Yugoslavia, and other places in the world. America is so up tight about terrorism, that what is it? Some kind of shade of yellow terror alert? Get over it, no one would want to piss you off in the states alone, and attack the nation again. This is what happens when a dumbass republican is in power, and he is basically doing what his daddy 12 years ago, except even worse. Why do you think in the 8 years of Bill Clinton in power was so damn good. America was the super-power, and no one threaten them, now its almost a joke. I went a bit off topic a bit, but trying to liberate a country the size of California (I think) while still a good chunk of the people wants America out of the country. The government isn't that great, it has improved, but Iraq will never a be a super country, and no one can really conquer that area, and control it the way the want it to be. -
TCM did a good job. Its not a complete remake, its not a sequal. The movie was done well, and 30 million was easily achieved. It'll do good next week, but then drop heavily. Mystic River pulled in 10 million this weekend alone, which is pretty damn good.

download?? put your own CD's on the X-box, save them, and rip them on to the game. BTW: I think it was done very well

It'll sell huge, but it'll be a mediocore album, IMO.
