Other than Kovalev, Kostopolous and Smolinski, the rest of the team no-showed.

God damn Habs. *continues to drink as he ponders why Plekanec is doing absolutely nothing*

You're kidding, right? If they both get knocked off, I'm pretty confident that the Red Wings could face any team in the East and be the favorite going in. There isn't a team that is better coached, deeper, or has more experience in the playoffs. I'm not counting the Sharks out yet, though I did bet against them in my predictions. The Ducks are in a whole different boat, but the Sharks still have decent chance right now. Kidding? Detroit is having a handful with Nashville!

Ya, Mediocre was Nirvana. Everyone else associated with Grunge was better.

I agree, and while Montreal only scored one goal, scatching Ryder and putting in O'Bryne on defence and made Streit a forward helped a bit. If it was a blow out for Montreal, I'd ask where is Andy Moog.

He didn't. His junior coach from the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhouds offered the number to him since a teammate wore number 9. At the time of the seventies, double numbers were the new thing, as Phil Esposito wore 77 and even John Davidson wore 00 for the Rangers. Since he liked 9, he wore 99. After that the rest is history. Anyways, back to baseball. Jays routed the O's, 11-3. Jays offence clicking, or Baltimore falling back to reality?

I read in the Buffalo News a few days ago that Buffalo will barely make a profit this year, and if they aren't in the playoffs next year, the team will be in the red. Main reason is because almost 65% of their profit this year is going towards Player Salaries. Here's a hint NHL. No fluxuating salary cap. Hard cap at $43 million, and be happy.

Didn't help that when Plush came out everyone thought at the time it was Eddie Vedder doing a side project, then it was confirmed that STP was is own band. Sour Girl blows.

4-6 Weeks is what I've heard.

San Jose stole any momentum left from Calgary. Setoguchi is going to be a threat for the Sharks in years to come.
-
Thank You Carey Price. The loss of Koivu really makes Montreal a one line offensive threat.

But there are better songs to play, and more challenging. Breaking the Law, Victim of Changes, Beyond the Realms of Death, The Hellion/Electric Eye, Painkiller. (This would be a sweet song to play on Rock Band)

There are only three or four songs that I like from the Cars, the rest can pass.

Wasn't it a few nights ago it was Rod Black and Pierre McGuire on TSN?
-
Considering that the first 20 or so games, the team had no goaltending.

In some offseason news, Dave Nonis got fired.

These Lays Dill Pickle chips just plain out suck. There is no dill or pickle flavour at all.

I haven't heard anything yet, but I'm sure Steve Simmons of the Toronto Sun or Damien Cox of the Toronto Star has mentioned it. But at least we don't have Mike Riberio act anymore.

Red Mile if the Flames are still in it.

If the Sharks and Anaheim get knocked out in the first round, the cup is coming back to the Eastern Conference/

Montreal really should have put the Bruins out of their misery tonight. Now they have confidence, Kovalev is frustrated and the Bruins are starting to figure things out. Oh, by the way: 2004: (2) Boston v. (7) Montreal Game 1: Montreal @ Boston - Boston 3-0 Game 2: Montreal @ Boston - Boston 2-1 OT Game 3: Boston @ Montreal - Montreal 3-2 Game 4: Boston @ Montreal - Boston 4-3 2OT Game 5: Montreal @ Boston - Montreal 5-1 Game 6: Boston @ Montreal - Montreal 5-2 Game 7: Montreal @ Boston - Montreal 2-0 2007: (1) Montreal v. (8) Boston Game 1: Boston @ Montreal - Montreal 4-1 Game 2: Boston @ Montreal - Montreal 2-1 OT Game 3: Montreal @ Boston - Boston 2-1 OT A pattern is starting... Well Tom Kostopolous is the Habs leading scorer in the playoffs so far.
