i wish someone would abort this whore. she'll make sure her kids are taken care of -- by setting up a website! where people can give her money! or she'll go back to school, because that's a job!

Most surprising addicting game
Dr. Tyler; Captain America replied to LivingLegendGaryColeman's topic in Video Games
metal gear solid series: i've replayed 1 and 2 at least four times, and 2 wasn't even that great of a game -- i just enjoy figuring out new ways to do things. i dunno why, tbh. fallout 3: i can play this stupid game for 5 hours and not realize i've been sitting for that long. just the endless number of quests and ability to run around blowing the arms off of super mutants is unbelievably fun. on a different note: ultima online: no freaking joke. i hate people who play mmorpgs in general, because i think they're a bunch of fags, but i used to play this game as a kid and i was on it 8 hours a day or so. recently, a friend of mine told me about a free server for it, and i got stuck playing it for 3 hours a day again for about three months, until i realized i had no time to do that anymore. just a stupid addicting game with their pvp system. i'd never play world of warcraft, because i feel like i'd rather stick an icepick in my brain, but this isn't much better in terms of levels of geekiness. pokerstars: fja;itjnbasd;klfjas;dlkgjtroiuab;smdfas!!!!! i am an addicted gambler, so what can you do? it's not a video game in the traditional sense, but i challenge anyone with a sufficient bankroll and drive to tell me that online poker isn't the most insanely addicting habit of all time. -
you'll be in good shape if that's all you do, but if you want to lose more, it's obviously intuitive to do more.

Fla. Doctor Investigated in Badly Botched Abortion

wrong, murder doesn't require motive. murder, by definition, involves intent. she clearly intended the born child to die. therefore, it's murder. by the way, when i said i'm in favor of abortion and hate kids, i didn't mean i'm pro-choice. i meant i hate kids and i think most people aren't capable enough of being good parents -- so optimally, our abortion rates (or as a substitution, massive availability of birth control) should go up. and i still think this is murder. -

i'm all for abortion and hate kids, but this is clearly murder. -
again, a lot of crossfit is based on people who are already in shape, getting in better shape. CFE is pretty great, and it's designed to help people improve their performance. but, your number one goal should be getting to a manageable weight; once you get there, you can build your foundation up and become a higher performing athlete.
-
sure you can

1200 is probably a bit low. you're just going to start getting really sore and not recovering as quickly. i wouldn't expect 6 pounds a week is sustainable; i'd say 2 is more realistic. but, i had weeks when i lost that much, and your metabolism is probably kicking up right now; just don't get discouraged when it doesn't stay at 6 a week. 2 a week is great.
-
you're definitely overthinking this. if you're too sore on a daily basis, eat a bit more. if you're truly sticking by a reduced calorie diet -- and only you can judge whether you are or not -- give it three or four months. if you haven't lost ten pounds by then, start worrying about all this low/high carb crap. otherwise, just do what you've got to do.

how about they should pick on her because she doesn't have a fucking job and can't even support the six kids she's already got without food stamps. everyone who's ever seen me post here knows i'm a bleeding heart fag when it comes to human interest stories, but this is freaking ridiculous. some whore thinks she can just work her way onto the talk show circuit because she can shove 14 babies out of her, and i think that's sickening. the doctors should be accountable, she should be accountable, and her kids will be better off without her.

it's all mental. your legs get numb after about 3 miles. if you're running at about an 8.5/9 minute pace, 27 minutes sucks ass, but once you get past that point, it's cake. i also recommend, if you can, running outside because it's cathartic to actually see yourself making progress rather than staring at a wall for hours and hours.

haha, exactly. nice to have, but completely worthless to most people.

keep up the good work, man.

SATA to IDE isn't worth it; it defeats the purpose of SATA, which is to aid cable management and vastly increase speed. With an adapter, you're still speed limited and it doesn't actually make cable management easy at all. Get some shit like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16822136111

hard drives don't need drivers. you wouldn't be able to load an operating system on them if you did.
-
if your motherboard can accept SATA, use it. if you don't have a SATA slot on your motherboard, you're basically forced to use an IDE hard drive. there's not really a whole lot of options here.

i mean, i wouldn't worry about growth as much as maintenance while you're losing weight. a low cal protein shake wouldn't hurt at all, though.
-
it does have to do with nutrition, but it also has to do with exercise. i don't put too much faith in those types of articles, to be honest. and, even if they were right, look at it this way: if you cut all kinds of weight and lose some muscle, you can always build your muscle back up. in terms of functionality, the health advantages of being skinny far outweigh the utility of being able to, say, bench press 315.
