Yeah, it was projected that a record percentage of young people would vote in our election. That was real accurate.

adequate

Yeah, I might like Pearly White Man Juice, but Pearly White Man J! is unacceptable!
-
BTW! I wasn't calling Teke fat. I don't know if he's fat, and if he really is, it's purely coincidence. I'm calling his EGO fat.
-
What was it supposed to be?
-
Or you could change it every day if you want.
-
Okay, make up your mind though!

THX

I dunno, I think I need something unique! And very annoying

Someone pick a new, asinine, annoying name for me.

Double post.

The way the moderators have treated this and pretty much every controversial banning out there is just stupid. This is supposed to be a message board, not a fucking treehouse with codified laws that, if remotely violated, should lead to a compulsory banning. Then, two weeks later, the guy is posting again fairly constructively... but because Teke's broadshoulder, fatbody ego is hurt, Sass decides to BAN!~ the guy for what? To protect an ego? To prove a point? Al, quite frankly, I don't think you've done a bad job as the Sports Folder mod. However, as a whole, the moderators on this board are far too uptight and their assholes are far too puckered to deserve that particular position. It's not a political elected office where you have to MAINTAIN A CODE OF HONORE!~~!@oneone

I will repeat my previous sentiment. You guys are the worst mods of a message board I've ever seen.

You'd have to clear up the cap room to sign him, wouldn't you? Also, the Steelers would be willing to throw in their second rounder.
-
If trades are allowed, the Pittsburgh Steelers will likely cut Chad Scott, force Jerome Bettis into retirement, franchise Plaxico Burress, and look to trade Mr. Burress for a mid-round first rounder!
-
Here we go Steelers.
-
Burress is pretty much gone, but I have a feeling Kendrell may come back because nobody else will sign him. I don't really like Lee Mays, however. He's always seemed gutless to me; always avoids contact and short arms a lot of balls. However, perhaps if forced into duty, he'd be serviceable. Zamir Cobb also could be a surprise, but I'm really hoping they draft someone anyways. I'm worried about Mays and Cobb's deep threat capabilities, and that's what we need; Hines is the best posession reciever in the NFL, but we need a deep threat to compliment him. Burress doesn't realize that, clearly. 4-5 deep balls to him a game isn't enough.

The OAO AFC CHAMPIONSHIP THREAD!!!

pR 0p4 3T1c1 n 3: I understand that you don't let the crowd dictate your choice, but there's a big difference between a raucous, to quote TMQ experimental scramjet volume crowd, and a dead crowd with still two scores to make up. pR 0p4 3T1c1 n 3: But you know what? Cowher wasn't showing that he had no faith in his offense. pR 0p4 3T1c1 n 3: He was clearly showing that he had no faith in his defense pR 0p4 3T1c1 n 3: because the idea was that he expected to let up a FG pR 0p4 3T1c1 n 3: it'd still be a 14 point margin pR 0p4 3T1c1 n 3: but that's stupid, because if your defense can't stop them, how are you gonna make up a two score deficit? ^^^ -

Statistics don't account for momentum. -
Who, for example? Honest question, I'm not as knowledgeable about college football as I'd like to be. As I see it, the Steelers need ILB, MAYBE RT (but they have Max Starks, who should at least be given a chance before labeled a bust), maybe NCB, but definitely reciever. If Burress is gone, they need a deep threat to compliment Ward, and I don't think Randle El is that guy.

Go Pitt!

The OAO AFC CHAMPIONSHIP THREAD!!!
Dr. Tyler; Captain America replied to Dr. Tyler; Captain America's topic in Sports
I don't think I, personally, would've been arguing for it. Even if they miss and the Pats go down and score, they still lose either way. They took every ounce of momentum out of the game at that point, and by all means, they should have already been dead. -
The thing is, the Steelers moved up to take Troy in 2003, and that was the first time they've ever moved up in the draft. I can't see them going more than 10 spots, which puts them at 19; even that is a stretch. It'd be nice for them to franchise Plax and trade him for the 19 spot if Mike Williams fell, however.
