It was quite plentifull when it was released but now its the rarest game gear game around.
-
Hideous amounts of reppition really ruined it for me.

I remember when I bought that game, I thought it was as cool as hell when it came with a free CD...I still have it somewhere.
-
Quite sad really since Super Street Fighter II X was supposed to be the end of the SF2 saga.
-
Yeah, but I certainly didn't hear about it before, and we have pics now. I repeat, "Still, if it plays like good ol' Shinobi games should, it likely will be a hit." Not arguing with you there, the original shinobi engine kicks ass.
-
This is quite old news, and the PS2 shinobi was god awfull so if they are using the same engine all is lost really.

Must...get...copy Thanks for the info

Yeah, if you could FIND the damn game. However, I already have the Genesis version so I don't feel lacking. Genesis and gamegear version here Bought it when it came out.

I found a partially translated rom of it, tell me if you want it. Also is there any good forums where I could request for roms? I cant find anywhere on the net that has sega CD roms besides emuasylum and I dont want to pay around 30 bucks + for a rom.

Dont forget Gunstar heroes.

Yes. Don't ask me where I picked it up, I didn't have a certain site I downloaded it from. Oh, and I'm pissed off because that site I used to go to apparently had a Romancing Saga 3 English Copy... I'm SO fucking pissed I didn't pick that up. As everyone praises that game as a great one. I actually had that romancing saga english rom, but it was deleted long ago. Although its not biggie as RS3 is a VERY average RPG. Average? Then WHY the fuck does it get the praise it does? Seriously now. I don't get it. I hear love that it gets from all the people who like the Saga series. The game is too non-linear. There is very little story or character development and a battle system that will eventually get on your nerves (learning special attacks at random, I mean what the hell is that about?) In the games defense it looks and sounds very good, complete with many characters, but thats about it.

Infinity Mijinion's Weapon Center is a piece of cake compared to some of the nes megaman stages. Shadow man from megaman 3, bright man and dust man from megaman 4 and dozens of others.

X4 was okay, X5 was really good, X6 sucked a dick. Um what part of X6 sucked a dick exactly? X6 IMO is the best PSX Megaman (granted the dark screen bits are annoying) The worst translation ever, the shitty Nightmare system, reliance on cheap hits and pits to up the difficulty, being just not fun--a combination of those really hurt it. Translation in megaman games has always been poor, X6's didnt bother me that much. X5 was too easy for a megaman game, so I liked the fact that the challenge was cranked up a notch. I didnt find it "cheap", because by that standard all nes megaman games are cheap. Also I totally disagree with you with the nightmare system, I thought it was a very good way to keep coming back to each level. Plus X6 has "moonlight" as its intro song, one of the best video game songs ever. Not to mention trying to rescue 128 reploids and defeating the hidden bosses.

Slow unresponsive gameplay, horribly butchered music and sub par sprite updates (nice backgrounds though) and unbalanced weapon damage make it pretty much a big no no. The game did exist on the market since I have a copy of it, but its a very rare game.

I am so fucking there! You can NEVER have enough megaman! *looks at his complete megaman collection* I doubt it myself, perhaps the nes titles will changed a little, and hopefully not like megaman the wily wars. This just gave me an urge to play Rockman X7 again.

I have played it on a friends GC (since I dont own one) and it plays pretty darn good actually. I Still need to import one of the two PS1 games though.

I have been playing Captain Tsubasa 1-5 for the snes and nes solid for the past two weeks. For anybody who has no idea what I'm talking about (which could be everybody) these games are based on a popular manga turned to anime about the japan youth soccer team and in the traditional anime style realism is thrown out of the window and replaced with two man shots, jumping miles into the air and shots powerfull enough to rip the net of the goal. The game is setout like an RPG, where you can pass, dribble, tackle, etc. Also like an RPG each player on your team has a certain amount of HP which can depleted by using special shots and so forth. Also the game is riddeled with tactics, marking, substitution and team formation. The only problem is that most of the games are in japanese, but due to the fact that you only need to learn a few commands after the third match or so it really shouldnt be a problem. In conclusion I love these games and would urge anyone who has an intrest in soccer or RPG's to give them a try.

Even though I own both GG games on the ps2, I cant really see a capcom mixup. It better have a capcom style control though, playing with Ken GG style does not sound fun.
-
Do they play similar to Tsubasa?

I got metal slug 3 for the ps2 a while back, very good packed with neat extras (like the ability to play as soldiers)
