Well, I think the Conservative dude won here. It's not really surprising, but since it looks like the Liberals are going to win at least a minority it would have been nice to have our MP have a place in the government.

This is a little frustrating. I live in the riding that was the closest in the country (the Liberal won by 55 votes and there needed to be a recount), but I've been watching Global's coverage and they haven't talked about it at all. CBC's mentioned it a few times and the drop-in from Ottawa on CTV has talked about it, but Christ, you'd think with what was expected to be a close election they'd want to pay attention to what would be a close race.

I voted Liberal, mostly because this riding is a 2 horse race between them and the Conservatives so there's no point in voting for either the NDP or Greens (the only other 2 parties with candidates running here).

I don't know if it's a feud so much as it is Letterman being upset Oprah won't do his show. The Super Bowl of Love would have kicked ass.
