Personally, I can't really watch Curling until the later ends when there's some drama building. It's always especially interesting watching the strategy they employ and whether or not it works out.

So, how 'bout them Senators?

Shit, one time I was on the bus and I overheard this girl telling her friend about someone she knows who was getting ready for a wedding and noticed some string hanging out of their dog's ass. They started pulling on it and it kept going and going until finally something just popped out and shit sprayed all over the place and all over the clothes they were going to wear to the wedding. Turns out the dog ate a softball.

I kind of agree on that last point. Mods shouldn't have the last say in an argument just because they're mods. A disagreement with a mod should be like a disagreement with any other poster and you shouldn't have to worry about the person you're arguing with holding the fact that they can warn/ban you over your head.

Propose class-action lawsuit over Jackson's boob

Well, that's mighty kind of her. -
The Chole/baby stuff was interesting as a little bit of comedic relief, but it's just lame as a dramatic sub-plot. I know they want something for Kim to do, but this shouldn't be it.

And Tuesday seems to be becoming the day where the Leafs lose to teams they should be easily. Last week it was Carolina and tonight it was the Blackhawks. At least the Sens lost, too.
-
He's kind of a hypocrite, though, since he hates the Yankees but that's what he wants the Patriots to be:
-
Rafalski replaces Stevens in All Star Game, Niedermayer and Naslund are captains. It probably should have been McCabe or Chara instead of Rafalski, but I can understand wanting another Devil to replace Stevens and there are already enough Leafs and Sens on the team.
-
Yeah, but I don't see how the Panthers or Hurricanes are expected to win a Cup any sooner than the Leafs are. Both of them have had fluke runs to the Finals in the past 10 years or so, but that's about it.
-
They showed it on Letterman last night. He just came over and blindsided him with a shoulder check.
-
The Leafs got hosed. How do teams like Florida and Carolina rank ahead of them in terms of championships? I'm not saying that they should be #1 or even in the top 10 or 20, but 24th (88th overall) is bullshit.

Domi was wearing a visor tonight, so his little fight with Van Allen at the end gave him an extra 2 minutes. There were a few other little scraps, and I think the Leafs got another major in there with Domi's. Oh well, Thursday's game in Ottawa should be fun, now.

I would have kept him, anyway. I mean, you're losing money hand over fist with him, so it's not like sending him down is going to make a huge difference to your bottom line. And the Sens stay in first place lasted about 24 hours. 4-1 Leafs over Atlanta, and tomorrow night's game vs. Ottawa is HUGE. Win and you're 3 points up, lose and you're back down in 4th place in the East. These last few months of the season are looking to be exciting, especially with the Leafs playing most of those games at home while the Sens are on the road a lot. The Leafs getting back some of their injured guys rested should help, too. If you're winning without Alex Mogilny and Owen Nolan and then adding them into the line-up for the stretch drive, that's better than making a big trade.

And the Penguins send Fleury back down to the Q. So, there's now 0 reasons to go watch the Penguins play.

Vancouver's getting the 2006 World Juniors. I'm not sure which arena, but I'm going to guess it's the Pacific Coliseum, where the Canucks used to play (I think there's a WHL team that plays there now). I was hoping they'd go to Ottawa or London, but it should be a good event, anyway. EDIT: Apparently, it's at both the Pacific Coliseum and GM Place, plus games in Kelowna and Kamloops.

Meh, I'd rather them have something like that than have a lame intermission or anything.
-
I don't know if this is the most reliable source for news, but Torrie was on the Mike Bullard show the other night and said that she was going to be in some tag match at Mania. So, yeah.

Bring Back Charlie Ward -I think this one is self-explanatory. Add to the list.

Well spoken, sir. Anyone up here seen the TSN ad for tonight's Hurricanes/Leafs game? I'll bet they wouldn't be referring to the 'Canes as just "a light spring shower" if they were playing the Canucks or Senators. The Leaf bias on TSN is rather appalling for a national network -- way moreso than CBC has ever been. Was it only a regional broadcast, though? And the Leafs' bias on CBC is blown out of proportion, anyway.

Great, 15-20 cm of snow in the next day or so, plus it's SO FUCKING COLD still. I hate winter.

I just think it's hypocritical to call someone a monster for killing someone and then to go and say you'd do it yourself.
-
That's kind of hypocritical.

And then you'd get the chair?
