Well, emotions aside (well, sort of), here are my predictions: AL Yankees over Twins in 4 (Twins could probably pull one out at the Metrodome) Red Sox over A's in 5 (Loss of Mulder may be the difference) Red Sox over Yankees in 7 (Yankees lose, George goes nuts, I'm happy) NL Giants over Marlins in 4 (Fuck the Marlins) Cubs over Braves in 5 (Just a gut feeling) Cubs over Giants in 6 (At least Felipe got to the playoffs) Word Series Red Sox over Cubs in 5 (Sox are just too good for the Cubs) -Well, it's hard to put my emotions aside, but I'll just be happy so long as neither the Yankees or Marlins make it all the way.

I say they should have just saved their money and refurbished it like they did with Busch Stadium in St. Louis (even though, I guess that place's days are numbered, too). They probably could have done something like they did with Cinergy, too, and taken out a bunch of outfield seats. Oh well, I'm sure the new place will be nice, although I wonder how a stadium like that will look right in the middle of a big parking lot.

There are assholes in every aspect of life. If you're going to do something that is 'illegal' (and I use that term loosely, in this case), you probably shouldn't be 'flaunting' it in a public forum. Jay was careless and Tim's a dick, this board is full of assholes who wouldn't think twice about ratting people out just for the sake of doing it, but Tim really didn't do anything 'wrong'.

Yeah, Tim's a dick, but he really didn't do anything wrong besides that. Banning him would set a bad precedent. It seems to me that Jingus is (what a shock) over-reacting.

Yeah, the Sens aren't beating the Leafs in the playoffs anytime soon, so I'm not dreaming about that. I see it being a toss-up between the Predators and the Oilers, whatever team gets hot down the stretch makes it in.
