Seriously, though, Delgado's leads the majors in RBI (141), is tied for 2nd in the AL in HRs with Frank Thomas at 41, is 1st in OBP AND OPS and 3rd in slugging percentage. Also, if anyone is playing the A-Rod 'you don't have to play for a contender' card, Delgado has better numbers across the board than Rodriguez AND plays for a better team. I had my doubts over the past few weeks, but now, Delgado's my MVP.
