Well, I guess no one's getting fired tomorrow.

http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2663691 I'm not sure how I feel about this. I guess it depends on how much it's for (obviously more than what he made last year), but I don't think he'll match what he did last season.

They mentioned it a bit on Sportsnet and TSN tonight. They mentioned guys like Hitchcock and Keenan, too, the Quinn rumour is the most interesting to me, though.
-
I'm sure Chris is loving the rumours of the Sens hiring Pat Quinn as their coach or GM should Murray or Muckler get fired.

I think the team specific ads are Canadian. You're lucky.

Haven't seen the Saints one, but I've seen a Bills one a few times.

Raycroft got hurt.

http://www.uselessjunk.com/article_full.php?id=12645 Ha, they caught it on film.

The Daily Show/Colbert Report Thread
treble replied to Open the Muggy Gate's topic in Television & Film
I'm finding the Sports Report to be the most enjoyable part of the show recently, maybe it's just because I live pretty close to Kingston and find it funny that the Frontenacs are the BUTT-end of all his OHL jokes. -
Didn't Ryan say he likes junk in the trunk? Just re-watched last week's episode, and the Diwali song at the end is still pretty funny.
-
I don't understand how they can fine MacTavish when both the referee and Colin Campbell have said that the call was blown.
-
What did he ever do to you?
-
Despite their being posters and cardboard cut-outs and stickers on the doors saying 'Come See my Movie Film' for months in the theatre here, according to their website, it's not opening here tomorrow. Bullshit.
-
I won't read it, but I'll pretend Bill Parcells wrote it.
-
Why did the Sabres bother putting the players' numbers on the front of the throwbacks, too?
-
It's funny, but it's not even the funniest show on NBC on Thursday nights.

The scene in the sailboat, where the Other is talking to Sun, saying she knows her and that she's not a killer right before Sun shoots her also makes me think that Sun killed the guy. It's also the only reason I can think of why they showed the scene at the beginning with Sun breaking the ballerina sculpture and blaming it on the maid, causing her to be fired.

How can you not love Randy? "I got my foreskin caught in my zipper."
-
'That is not the way for a Dundler-Mifflin manager to go. Cold, alone, without even his own head to comfort him.' 'If I can get them depressed, I've done my job.'
-
Yeah, I think it might be revealed that Sun killed him. They made a point of showing that he had her necklace in his hand when he died.
-
Didn't really like either of these shows, but I'll probably give them another week. Pilots usually suck, I find, anyway.
-
There was that guy here last year, Hektik, I think, who was/is a Padres fan. Haven't seen him around much, though. Someone else was cheering for them, too.
-
That looks a lot like my cat.

Randy's the best part of the show.
