  1. I agree with all of that, and about the part in bold - It's because there is an obvious double standard. When it comes to a worker's well being, most fans only care for those that they are fans of. When it comes to stuff like this, Kurt Angle putting himself in possible danger, it's a thin line. The part of me who actually cares for the worker's and their well being would like to scream to Kurt to please get help first, and the fan in me is excited about all of the great matches that I could be in store for. I know that I can't do shit about Angle going through with it, so the fan in me takes over, and says fuck it. If he wants to make the personal decision to work matches, then so be it, I don't have a say. I'm just going to sit back, enjoy the work that he's able to provide to the fan in me, and all the while I'll hope to God that nothing goes wrong. If he's going to go through with it, I might as well enjoy it, and if something goes wrong, then it'll be on him. I don't even think he cares. He just wants to work, and work, and work. It's his personality, and he's willing to take the bad with the good. He's always been that way as far as I can tell, and always will be.

    The Office, Season 3

Yeah, don't take any of the deleted scenes as fact or whatever. Many of the deleted scenes are just plot points that they decided not to go with, since many of them could change the character of many of the, well, characters on the show. They're funny as hell, but you can tell when a deleted scene was left out because of that instead of just time restraints.
  3. Many of the fans at this RAW more than likely don't even watch SD in the first place.
  4. He should ask Snitsky to kiss his foot. I loved that btw, King's Court rules.
  5. Good lord, a few of those shots by Regal lookd damn stiff.
  6. Meltzer's had a bad weekend... Most people wont get on to Meltzer about it either, like they do with Dave Scherer and the "Bret Hart" thing back in the day.
  7. What about the leather jacket? I wonder what happened to all of those leather jackets. They say that back in the day he would have someone buy him a brand new one in each city, just because he either always forgot to bring it, or didn't like having to carry it around. WCW sure knew how to save a buck.
  8. And with that comment comes the "Eric Bischoff is going to lead the nWo invasion in WWE" comments.
  9. Holy crap, for a second he looked like Ricky Steamboat walking out.
  10. A note from the Impact tapings about Kurt Angle's actual debut on TV:
  11. Toby Keith jumped shipped from TNA to WWE? WWE fires back!
  12. And in other news, from PWInsider:
  13. Is this the "DX goes over the RAW tag division" episode of RAW?
  14. So the fans can't hear any of this audio?
  15. This is a fantastic way for WWE to follow up on the latest Kurt Angle news.
  16. Ummm, did the lights really blow out?
  17. That's pretty much what I expected. I doubt he'll wrestle until the two hour Impact, and maybe not until the PPV after BFG.
  18. I wish that they would put him in charge on RAW again. I've always liked him better than any of the McMahons, and more than just about any other authority figure in wrestling.
  19. That is just awesome. I think he speaks for most of us. Ditto. And there we have it. Would it shock any of you if they had Kurt Angle be the ref for the JJ/Sting match at Bound For Glory?
  20. TNA/WWE is the closest that we'll get to WWF/WCW anytime soon, so it's the only thing we have to compare it to. I doubt WWE is going to stand over on the side and not respond to this in one way or another, have it be a new program, pushing someone new, or something directly at TNA. I can just imagine what Vince McMahon and everyone else in WWE is saying about this internally right now.

  22. Sounds a hell of a lot like WWF/WCW eh? The more things change...
