JBL wins! Benoit had him in the crossface, JBL rolled through so he was pinning Benoit, then held the ropes for the pin. EDIT: It wasn't really a great match at all other than a few spots here and there. It didn't even go ten minutes from what I can tell. I look forward to their future matches together though. Give them five or ten more minutes, and they could really be solid bouts.
