Mmmmmmmmmmm, Overstock.com, mmmmmmmmm. Now I'll have that woman in my head again. Not that I mind though, Ijust really dig her, the woman in the Overstock.com commercial. InVasion for $3? I'm jumping all over that, I can't pass that up. Thanks a lot MrRant! I've been looking to pick up that show for a while now.

Click here! I saw this at DVDTalk, and figured I'd post it here in case any of you haven't picked up a few of these yet. I already have all of the ones from this batch that I'd want, but if I didn't already have them I'd pick them up through this deal. I paid $15 for Just Bring It itself a while ago. Sincerely, ...Downhome...

I couldn't wait to see a big show for the first time on DVD. If I'm going to watch Wrestlemania, I want to watch it live as it happens, and I don't want to already know who wins. And good God, $11.25 to see a movie? Where in the world do you live?

I do not have a good feeling about this one. The Sixth Sense was great, but it's only really good the first time you see it in my opinion. I enjoyed Unbreakable, but it was seriously lacking in more than a few areas and did not live up to The Sixth Sense. I enjoyed Signs for the first half of it, and then it apparently decided to go the way of bullshit. The last part of that film killed it for me. So cliche, so many holes, and just plain flat out bad. I do like the trailer for The Village, but I'm not holding my breath for it to be anything more than average. It may be good that I'm thinking this way about it, because if it ends up being pretty good, I'll like it even more since I'm going in with such low expectations. I saw the trailer when it first hit the internet, months ago, but I didn't think anyone would care enough for me to post it here.

The Monster Legacy DVD Gift Set: Anyone else...

It's the R1 Special Edition that was recalled. I traded a guy at DVDTalk Leon: The Professional and a $22 Money Order for it. I'll pick Leon up again sometime pretty soon for cheap, as I love that film. It was either do that, or $35 straight up, and I decided to save a few bucks for now. -

Here are a few sorry pictures. Please excuse the quality, as I don't have a digital camera. These were taken with my sony Digital Handycam. I have a VERY short cord that goes from the camera to my computer, so I had very little room to work with. But still, a picture is a picture. The second one has Ed Wood in it, to go with Dracula, but you can't even tell because of the glare, oh well. -

I want the Abbott and Costello "meets" films on a set also. -
It's times like this that I'm glad I'm not a mod.

Well, UPS just delivered the set that I ordered on Amazon. I opened it up, checked each of the DVDs, and I had a massive total of 0 lose discs, everything in my box set is 100% mint condition. Woohoo! It weighs more than I thought it would, and I'm loving the packaging for this set. Now to find the perfect place to display it. -

Did you have any floaters? Just about everone that I've heard from on various message boards are saying that over 1/3 of the discs that come in both the box set and the individial cases, are floaters. I checked the status of my Amazon order just now and the UPS truck left Anderson, SC (about 30 minutes away, where all of the UPS trucks in this area are dispatched) this morning, so I should be getting it any time now! -

How did you get that price? Do you have a special code that can be shared. No, it's through Amazon's Share the Love program. Check out the STL forum at DVDTalk to learn all about it, and to get in on a lot of great deals. Basicly what the STL program does is give you 10% off of anything at Amazon.com, so it comes in very handy for just about everything. Here is the information on it. To make it easy, go to the DVDTalk forum, and either find the thread dealing with what you want or start one of your own if you can't find a thread dealing with what you want and just "ask for love" and leave your email address. When someone buys the item, they send you an email and in the email there is a link for you to get the 10% discount. Then when you buy it, you can email other people so they can get in on it also. For each item you buy, and out of the people that you then email said link to, if any of them buys the item through the link you send them, you then get a credit on your Amazon account. So if you buy the Monster Gift set and then email someone else the link to do the same, and IF they buy it using your link, you get the difference between the normal price and the 10% off (about $5 for this set), and you can use that credit on a future purchase. It's a great way to buy online and off of Amazon. When it comes down to it, I'm really just getting the set for $45 since I'm getting $5 towards a future purchase. If you want to look at it that way I mean. Anyway, Amazon shipped my set on Monday, and I should have it tomorrow if everything goes as scheduled! I'll post my thoughts on it once I get it. -
Unless if you live in Canada or the UK and you desperately need it. I thought of that, but the guy who had the auction doesn't ship to outside of the US, and the guy who won does live in the US. Just seems odd that some goob would pay so much for it when you can just go to town, or buy it online, for $10 less.

I saw it at Circuit City today for $19.99 but I held off for now. Why would someone buy this DVD on eBay for over $30? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...4184608273&rd=1

I don't know if it really adds anything to the thread, but what the heck. Have you seen Avalon yet? It looks to be a mixture of anime, CGI, and live action, and looks very cool as well, like Wonderful Days. Avalon is also directed by Mamoru Oshii, the guy who did Ghost In the Shell. That's why I bring this up.

Have any of you seen Wonderful Days? I watched the trailer on IMDB and it looks freaking amazing. I'm thinking about buying the DVD it looks so awesome.

Wasn't this WWE's main event in Japan a while back?

Are we totally sure this new guy isn't just a repackaged BB?

I wish Edge would turn heel on Benoit tonight.

Wait, so Eugene is the one who has the power, not Kane? I'm loving this RAW.
-
This ref is great, it's cracking me up over here.
-
Good lord, that ref is really getting into the pin counts.
-
Eugene on commentary!

Cool, a Pro. Basketball player!
