Not kidding, every time I have EVER anything bad at all about any of the movies, I got swamped with people calling me a fool, how wrong I am, and how it's the greatest movie/series ever. Ugh.

I thought I was the only person alive who wants LOTR to lose.
  11. I wont disagree with that, it's obvious. Every news type show and everything else has been talking about this movie for weeks. I'm just saying that the $$$ total is right on. It's all about how much both films cost to produce and to market, and how much they made.
  12. What isn't fair here? We're talking about the cost of the films and how much was spent on production, not the free promotion itself. Just to make apoint about how much money this movie is making overall.
  13. Someone sent this to me, and I don't know if it's true or not, and I'm tool lazy to check it out myself right now, but here you go anyway. 15. So, will she be forced to resign or be punnished in any way at all? Can you imagine what would happen if someone said that all blacks look alike to them? I've said it before, and I'll say it again. If we are going to promote a no tollerance for racism deal, then we must enforce it. It isn't a one way street to me, it goes both ways, all ways, for all races. Sincerely, ...Downhome...

    The Passion of the Christ

God could very well have done that had he wanted to, but he did not do so...for us. Had God just came out and said to everyone that all is fine and that everyone is forgiven, man would have taken that and honestly I don't think people would take it to heart. I don't think they would appriciate the gift of forgiveness, and so on. To make it more real, to express to the world just how much it truly means, he gave up a physical sacrafice in Jesus. When we as Christians think of it this way, it means a lot more than it would have had he just said he forgives us. As a people, we can connect with the punishment and horror that Jesus went through, as he was flesh and blood just as we are. When we look at it as God giving up his very on flesh and blood son, as a sacrafice on behalf of all of the other flesh and blood beings, it means so much more. It showed just how much God loves us all, that he was able to offer up his son in the flesh, so that it would benefit all of us. Does that make sense to you? And as mentioned before, Jesus did take the place of the sacrificing of the lambs, etc... The times changed, instead of having to sacrifice an animal to God in order to be forgiven of your sins, Jesus too the place for all of that. Now all that is needed, is to simply ask to be forgiven, and actually believe it in your heart.

    The Passion of the Christ

I know it doesn't excuse, I'm totally against and appalled by what he said, it's just insane. It sill has nothing to do with Mel's movie, and it shouldn't be a reason why people don't go see it. If anyone doesn't go see it because of his freaking father, then they are just looking for a reason to be against the film.
  19. A strong A+ is 100%. A D- is between 60% and 63%. Therefore, the correct average thus far is between 80% and 81.5%, which is a B-, not a C. 80% would never, ever hae gotten me a B. Grades break down this way: 100%-90% A 89%-80% B 79%-70% C 69%-60% D 59%-0% F Anyone not doing it this way is doing it wrong. It's not that way here. 95-100 = A 85-94 = B 75-84 = C

Looking for date of Juventud Guerrera's dark match

Show: Smackdown Taped date: 9/24/02 Opponent: Shannon Moore All that I heard about it is that as soon as the match started, he stared wrestling double speed and hit all of his signatures as soon as he could in the time limit that the two guys had to work with.
  21. Agreed. I think they are walking a very fine line with it. I'm hoping Angle focuses more of the gimmick (Lie, Cheat, Steal) rather than real life past problems. That's what I'm hoping for also. I want them to keep it strictly dealing with his gimmick more so, not his real life issues in the past.
  22. I'd give it a B- or so, simply because they are just about overdoing it on the Eddie and drugs thing.

    Halloween 6: The Producer's Cut

I will admit that it explains a bit of the story, but the way they did it and the ending just, I don't know how to put it. I just hated it. Do you already know the ending, etc...?

    Halloween 6: The Producer's Cut

I've seen it, and it is not worth it at all. It's horrible, very very bad, don't waste your time. The only reason to watch it is that if you are a hardcore Halloween fan, like I am. Only watch it just to say that you did, don't expect something much better than the actual released version.

Hulk Hogan must be at WM XX

It would just be a legends match, and people would mark out big time over them having a match at a WrestleMania finall. It wouldn't be a great match, it wouldn't be good, but for historic purposes and mark out value, it could be great. To me it would be a fitting end to both of their in ring careers, but that's just me.
