We should all go out and download a song for this guy. And yes, I feel weird watching Owen/Bulldog, or any match which involves a deceased wrestler.
-
It's like, when I watch Three's Company now it feels a little odd.
-
Here is something wonderful from heat.
-
Well it's better than the idea of outright banning anything like that from ever being allowed to take place again.
-
Apparently they have WCW's old production crew on hand tonight.
-
Sorry about that, click on the link again, I fixed it. This DVD is worth the money just for the Goldberg/Hogan match and Flair's return alone, to me at least. I was at both events, and I've wanted both on DVD for the longest time. Everything else is just a bonus to me.

Check this out. DVD review
-
Well of course, you can say that again.

It's like asking why people like cats more than dogs. It's purely opinion based. No it isn't, if you know music and musical talent, you can perfectly say that one person has more talent than another, especially vocal wise. Saying that they prefer one talent over another, now that's opinion based.
-
"From The Whole Ten Yards, Mathew Perry." I found that odd.
-
I wish I cound understand how some people can say that Britney has more talent than Christina.

I didn't take that personally, I was speaking in general. I understand all of that, but their opinion of the WWE product shouldn't come into play at ALL when deciding who is a mod. Like I posted before in response to CC, you should go by their history on the board, and everything else I said. That's my opinion anyway. To fault someone because they either hate or love WWE is just stupid to me. What does that mean exactly? You simply shouldn't base who is a mod on their opinions. It should be people who post in the forum, who are respected, who you trust, and people who have a clean history. NOT based on what they think of the WWE product. I'm amazed that you even allowed such things into the decision making process. With all of that said, I have nothing against those who ARE mods, I'm just saying.
-
No, that doesn't make any sense at all. You should base who is a mod on their opinions of the WWE product, you should base who is a mod by what I said earlier, as well as their history as a poster. If someone has never showed bias, meaning they have never flamed someone because of their opinion, then what they think of the product shouldn't matter at all when it comes to their being a mod. That's just a close minded and insane outlook on things.

Victoria has never looked hotter, ever. I want some pictures NOW.

I have a question. What about the folders like CE? Is anything going to change in there?
-
Oh wow, a very awesome preview of Benoit/Flair for tomorrow night's RAW.
-
What in the world does that have anything to do with someone being a good mod or not? You shouldn't take their actual opinions on WWE into account when deciding on something like that. All that matters is if they actually post in the forum enough so that you know they'll be around, they are respected by "most" people who post in the forum, and that you feel that you can trust them.

Two things. 1) Know what you are talking about before you post. (To make sure you understand I'm just joking around, here is a smile.) http://abcnews.go.com/wire/US/ap20031120_705.html 2) Yeah, and I think it's even funnier when people bring up the water deaths in tubs and buckets, that you totally ignore that fact, and decide to say something totally not on the topic by posting something like what I've quoted you here saying.
-
That entire paragraph comes off as very condescending and your choice of words like "hell bent" holds a very strong conotation with people, myself included which is why I singled that one comment out. I had no problem with the rest of your post since you are trying to help out and I appreciate that. Well take it however you want, but just understand that whatever I post here I never mean anything in a bad way. When I DO mean something in a bad way, you'll know the difference, heh.
-
Boy, do I detect some sass in that remark? I sure as hell HOPE NOT!! (Pun wasn't originally intended, but works out well ) Heh, trust me, no "sass" was intended. I was actually seriously asking, becuase Sass and I had a misunderstanding the other day, and I'm trying to avoid that again. But yes, the key is to not alienate any of the loyal posters that we have here.

Once again, you take something I have said, only a single part of what I've said, and have taken it the wrong way. By now, you of all people should realize that I AM sincerely just trying to help. Look at the entire post that had to do what I was talking about there... ...by that quote, I simply mean that if you guys are REALLY focused on making said changes in deleting and doing away with the "fun" threads in WWE folder, then what I suggested would be on ok way to do so. Basicly, if you are really determined to sort all of those kinds of threads out, then do so in a way where everyone who currently posts here will still be happy, and in a way where the new posters who might show up, will be cool with everything. Don't just cast away many of the people who already post here in hopes that if you do away with their threads that it will attract other posters, that isn't very cool to me. Does all of that make better sense now?
-
I'm tossing out ideas, but I'm doing so only in the mindset of what I feel the staff have, for whatever reasons. If it were up to me, the only thing that would realy change is the bullshit flames that come out of nowhere for no reason at all. That's why those who don't post there, well, don't post there. When you see a thread that simply says "Orton sucks he should die" or when a poster breaks down and just says "you are stupid so fuck you", that's the only problem that I've ever seen. But still, if they want to change the other stuff for some reason, then the least we could do is give them ideas that would make everyone reasonably happy.
-
You aren't sure why it was locked, because there was't a reason why it should've been locked in the first place. This isn't a knock on Loss though. With all of this confusion, I get the impression that the entire staff doesn't even know what is ok, and what is not as of right now. Everyone isn't really on the same page I don't think. Give it a few weeks, and all of these faults will be corrected, and it'll be business as usual I'm sure.
-
That's what I'd REALLY prefer that you do, if you really are hell-bent on doing away with threads where people are having WWE based fun. As I suggested that you do with the news threads (but ONLY if you want to for some reason do away with those in the WWE folder also), just created a sub-folder within the WWE folder itself. That way, everyone will be happy, no one will be able to bitch about their fun ending and those who want ONLY actual serious discussion in the WWE folder itself, wil have their way also.
-
As I've said before, pieces of shit like that at the very least should be locked away forever. Or just given a few weeks of therapy...whatever.
