I'm not trying to be funny, I'm totally serious here, but since it keeps getting weirder and weirder I keep waiting to hear that he did all of this with his wrestling gear on.

Crimson Mask 1 on the crossface killing the kid over at WC Other quotes from Ballard backs up what CMI said as well: Scott Ballard, the Fayette County District Attorney, said that Nancy Benoit was bound at her feet and wrists. "There was a bruise in the small in her back as if a knee was placed there," Ballard said today on "Good Morning America." Investigators believe Benoit waited until Saturday morning to kill his 7-year-old son, Daniel, in the boy's bedroom. Ballard told ABC News the boy may have died after being put in a wrestling chokehold.

Also, to go along with the Benoit/Eddie video above:

"He was the one friend that I had, that I could go to, and pour my heart out to if I was going through something. If I had a personal issue, or a personal problem, he was the one guy that I could call and talk to, and know that he would understand, and he would talk me out of it. Because of all of the experiences that he had been through."

His other two children are David (around 15 now) and Megan (about 10 I'd say), right? I haven't heard anything about them mentioned hardly at all.

What is "WC" and "CMI"? And are these really credible websites? WC = WrestlingClassics CMI = Crimson Mask I, an Administrator And yes, I feel that he's very credible. Here is an exact quote from quote from the DA Scott Ballard: "A chokehold was used to strangle the boy rather than hands, because there’s no bruising consistent with a strangling by hands."

And just to clear up any questions, go to WC if you don't believe me. CMI goes on to say that they decided on the crossface because of the exact brusing on the body.

I wonder if Eddie's death just finally triggered something in Benoit. I wonder if on ECW tonight, Vince might say that he's sorry for the Benoit tribute, and tonight he's going to present a video tribute to the one who truly deserved it (Woman, along with clips of the son as well maybe), and since Woman was quite important in ECW at one point, it would make even more sense.

I must have missed something, or must be out of the loop, just seemed like a regular interview to me. His answers about steroids. Most guys within the business either avoid those questions or flat out say now. There, Bret flat out says that it's possible roid rage had something to do with it, and then basicly mocks WWE's testing system.

Wow, Smith is actually mentioning Dynamite being Benoit's idol, and how in Pure Dynamite he talks about his own personal steroid used. I didn't see them pulling that one out.

Shepard Smith's show is coming on, and oh boy is he building up the Benoit case.

I'm only posting this because it's so weird. It's obviously just one of those things WWE.com makes up, with fake quotes more than likely, like the old wrestling magazines used to do: http://www.wwe.com/inside/news/archive/snebenoit

I think what we'll see is something of a system where they the rotate guys that they use. Let some work on TV, others have time off, and back and forth. Switch them out as needed for various angles.

After all of this news today, I could see wrestling fans at the shows actually chanting against Benoit, in a huge way, along with signs as well.

This this shit continues to get worse, I'll never know...

It isn't going to be the end of professional wrestling, it will go on, but you can bet your bucks on huge changes coming from this, and I'm not just talking about a stupid Vince angle being dropped. I don't know what those changes will be, but I don't doubt for a second that this is the start of a new era, if you will, for this industry.
