Chris Benoit Dead - Toxicology results released

Whoever the fucktard reporter on Fox News is right now needs the shit kicked out of him, now. Anyway, that's enough of that from me... EDIT: Oh yeah, and all of the other morons there with him need the same. There, I'm done.

Chris Benoit Dead - Toxicology results released

This is some of the most ridiculous "breaking news" I have ever witnessed. Its one thing for the media folks to be camping out there trying to snag a shot at Paris upon leaving, but anyone else actually at this location right now in support of her is unintentionally hilarious, sans with the shot of her parents in the vehicle with their window down. We live in a very fucked up world, and we have clearly gotten a few examples of that in a very surrealistic acid trip of a night. It's such bullshit right now. They have people on here talking about it, acting all serious like it's the most important thing in the world. They're wondering if Paris will really change and become a good role model for children. Hey Fox News and mainstream media, I can see the future - FUCK NO, you bloody ingrates.

Chris Benoit Dead - Toxicology results released

This story blows any other wrestling related story out of the water. It'll take a hell of a lot for anything to ever top this one interms of how horrible it all is, and that's before we even know all of the details.

Chris Benoit Dead - Toxicology results released

I wish it could somehow come out that Benoit went home, FOUND them dead, and then started thinking about Eddie, his family, and then just killed himself.

Chris Benoit Dead - Toxicology results released

The admin of WC posted it. With everything, murder, murder/suicide, whatever, take everything you hear with a grain of salt, but it does seem to go along with the official reports from police and the such. http://www.abcnews.go.com/Sports/story?id=3315501&page=1

Chris Benoit Dead - Toxicology results released

GWH – 10:30 PM: There is no official statement from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department on the case, with the exception that they are indeed investigating it as a murder-homicide. Initial autopsy results are expected Tuesday. An unnamed source with involvement in the case has revealed that it is being speculated that Chris Benoit murdered his wife sometime Saturday, before taking his son’s life sometime Sunday, and finally his own. Benoit’s body was found in a weight room, his wife’s was in the living room, and their son was found in his bedroom, according to the source.

I'm going to say something here, but I don't want anyone to take it the wrong way. I don't mean it as bad as it sounds - it seems like it's always my favorites that this happens to. Owen, Eddie, and now Benoit, you know? It's never one of the jobbers, or one of the guys that no one really likes, like a Chris Masters or someone of that status. I don't want anything to happen to him, I'd hate that as well, but you see what I'm trying to say here. It's always the guys that everyone seems to love, and the favorites in the wrestling world.

The OAO Tribute to Chris Benoit Raw Thread.

It really pisses me off - my nephew had tickets for this show, three hours away, and I decided not to go because it was so far...and it was just a SD/ECW taping. Now, I wish that I had went.

Chris Benoit Dead - Toxicology results released

Well, if any of you know me at all, you know that Chris Benoit is my favorite current wrestler in the entire world. I've followed his career since the first time he stepped foot in a WCW ring, and at that moment I said to my brother that this guy is awesome, and he should be a Horseman oneday - was hooked from that moment on, and since then I've watched every bit of his work available on video. It would be one thing to hear about an OD, or an enlarged heard leaading to a heart attack - but to hear that he was found dead, with his entire family? That's a totally different thing, and makes it all that much harder to swallow. Let's not forget that Woman was also involved in this, a fixture in professional wrestling for many years, and then of course there is the child. I'm absolutely totally speechless right now, so I'll just leave it at that. And they still run the promo for the Vince "memorial" show, ugh... And there's Vince...

Surely you added that part. I don't see it on the site anymore if it was actually there before.

Yep, great job on the chat and streams. We'll have to do it again for the next PPV, and get started a bit earlier.

  21. I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but what the hell. I just got back from a late trip to WalMart and they had a bunch of new stuff in the $5.50 bin. Actually, I should say the $5.00 bin now since that's what they're converting it to now. The word is that a ton of new stuff will be showing up soon, really good stuff too. Anyway, the main one that caught my eye was the Escape From New York 2-disc set. I already have it so I didn't buy it, but there you go for those who have been wanting to pick that one up.
  22. When the angle first started, they were planning on playing it totally serious - just take a look at his "death" at the end of the RAW, and the ECW and SD shows that week. However, when the news about Sherri Martel came out, and after so many people in WWE complaining about how they were playing the Mr. McMahon angle in a serious way, they decided to take it in a different direction. That led to Cena and Foley being really lighthearted about the entire thing on RAW, the Cryme Tyme bit, and all of that. PWInsider reported on this last week sometime. So yeah, the death of Sherri actually did change this angle after all.

WWE General Discussion for June 2007

This may sound crazy, but in my opinion Viscera is a much better worker these days than he was way back in the mid-90's. Seriously, go check out his work then and compare it to what he can do today. I'm not saying he's a Benoit, but he's most definitely improved over the years. If The Great Khali can be in the main event, and present a somewhat decent "babyface champ overcomes the monster" match, then I think Viscera could actually work out pretty well in a main event match or two. The biggest problem against him at this point is that they have booked him so that it looks like just about anyone can beat him right now. They're going to have to do a really good job of building him up over the Summer.

WWE General Discussion for June 2007

If Flair wasn't intending to leave at WM, I'm sure HHH would push for being the last match but I would assume HHH plans to main event WM. That's true, but HHH is a huge mark for Ric Flair. If he actually thought that the WM match would really be Flair's last major match as an active wrestler, I think HHH would pass up the title match at WM in order to work with Flair in that match. If Flair went to HHH and Vince, and flat out said that he wants to work with HHH in his last match, I think they would go along with it. The only other guy I'd like to see Flair go out with is Ricky Steamboat. Either way, I think that we'll see Flair in a lot of high profile matches between now and this WM match.

    SD Spoilers 6/22/07

No, I'm going just on Matt's ring work. The guy has been on fire for a while now, and WWE obviously has plans for him in one way or another beyond teaming with Jeff.
