I'd pay a LOT more to see that than I would to see HBK/Rock. The Rock is the kind of guy who seems to have a pretty good match most of the time, as he really puts a lot into it. When Sting is in the ring with a guy like that, he's almost always "on" also. That match could very well be very good.

Of course, you don't get what I mean. I know good and well that things can not change now, it's just the way things are now. I don't see why it ever started to begin with. I KNOW why, but I don't see why it...blah, you get the idea, I hope.

Goldberg represented a climax in WCW. One of the most over guys in the HISTORY of Pro. Wrestling finally got the world title July 6th, 1998. The ratings durring his reign for the RAW/Nitro war went back and forth every few weeks. The WCW product as a whole had began, and had been for a while, declining while WWF was improving. The strength that WCW had, was weakening, but that was because of the overall product, and the failure to pay off the nWo. The fans loved Goldberg, there is no way that anyone can deny that. The moment that WCW started going wrong, was the night at Starcade 1998. The very MOMENT that Kevin Nash pinned WCW's so-called "golden boy", was the moment that WCW died. It was one of the most pointless things in the history of WCW, and it had the biggest effect. After Kevin Nash won the title, the ratings started a serious slide, and they NEVER improved. Not only that, but having Nash just GIVE the title to Hulk Hogan shortly after didn't help at all. After building up Goldberg for so long, after WCW finally found something the fans cared about once again, they had Nash beat him with a flawed cheating victory, which meant nothing. After Nash FINALLY beat him, just handing the belt to Hogan was very sad. Had WCW allowed Goldberg to truly continue being the champion for a while, and promote some sort of huge Benoit/Goldberg (after proper promotion obviously) or a Bret/Goldberg match in which Goldberg lost, I firmly believe that WCW would still be alive today. So there.

Yep. James Cameron has said that the studio paid more for Arnold's trailer in T2, then they did for the entire first film. WTF. I don't see why they ever started to do shit like that, it's uncalled for on both sides. Both for the actors that demand or even ASK for it, and for those that give in.

I would pay money to see Rocky/HBK.

Even though it's a house show, still. If no one was hurt and nothing was at risk, there is NO FUCKING EXCUSE for having the match end that quickly. It may not matter one way or another when it comes to what happens on TV, but it isn't good news for the house shows. I'd be pissed to see that at a show, and I'm sure all of you here would be as well. My money is on someone being in danger, and they had to change the finish. I can't get myself to accept the belief that they "just did it" and booked it to go like that.

This Sox/A's series, in my view, is one of the classics of all time. Or at least of the last decade, whatever. It was just great, from start to finish.

The only truly "sad" moment that I've ever seen, which truly shocked me and SICKENED me, was the night that Vince McMahon's face was the first thing shown on the final Nitro. The entire show was sad, with WWE's being on it. It made me want to vomit.

TSM Poster Tournament II: THE FINAL~!

That's very true. I do say that the reason so many dog it, is because of the "God-Like" expectations so many people put on the feud.

All around, or purely as a wrestler? As a wrestler I'd agree. All around, Jericho is much better as of right now.

I need something that is, yes you guessed it, free. Sincerely, ...Downhome...

Well, apparently Richards is still the GM of Heat, as they keep on mentioning it.

If you've ONLY seen Ultimo in WWE, then you haven't seen his greatness. If Tajiri can get over, I fully believe that Ultimo could as well. Hell, Ultimo was VERY over in WCW. If they feel it's because he had Sonny Ono, then damnit, give him a manager or something. The fact is that Ultimo is just too great of a wrestler, to just let him be tossed to the side as WWE is doing with him right now.

Out of the "usual suspects" like RVD, Booker T, Jericho, and the like I'd pick Chris Jericho personally. The guy has it all, and could (and still will in my opinion) become one of the greatest champion of all time. Booker T, I don't know. Over everyone else, he's actually the biggest disappointment I suppose, but whatever. There have been so many disappointments it's not even funny. Overall, I'd say how WWE used WCW, ECW, and nWo are all MORE disappointing than any single wrestler. In terms of guys who just didn't live up to the hype, I'd say 3MW, Nathan Jones, and a few other guys. WWE, the land of disappointments.

I'd say Ultimo as the poor guy wasn't even given a chance. I mean, HELLOOOOOOOOO, it's fucking ULTIMO DRAGON. How they can just toss him to the side of all people, is beyond me.

Well, the Twins have totally fallen apart in the 4th. The Yankees are up to their, I believe, 13th batter now, and have put six on the board, with the bases currently loaded after two walks in a row.

Damnit.

Downhome, I said it about Bob, and I'll say it about you. You suck at liking teams. I like rooting for the underdogs usually, when I'm indifferent to both teams playing. I'm not a Sox fan, and I'm not an A's fan. I just want Oakland to pull it off, because almost everyone else wants Boston to win. The same goes for Yankees/Twins. The same was going for Giants/Marlins. To be honest, I want a Braves/Twins series. For one reason, I want payback and for another, I know the Braves could beat the Twins.
