I just read more about it, and it seems it was a type of Twilight Zone series, and not all of them showcased the Freddy character. Interesting.

You can do WONDERS for cheap, if you know what you're doing. I'm sure he can find someone to put him out a professional looking website for $50 a month. There are tons of teens who know how to do this sort of thing that would love to get paid for it, even if it's only $50 a month.

I want that also, and from the looks of that small scene at the begining of Vs., it looks to be the sort of Freddy we'll get. My only question about the prequel, is just how will they show his transformation? What could they do at the end of the film that would be shocking, a suprise, or anything like that. Or would they just figure that everyone will be pleased by just seeing it period.

By the way, I don't care if Freddy tosses out a wise crack here and there. However, instead of lauging at it, I'd rather it be presented in a way to where I am purely angry and afraid of him and then say something like... ..."How dare that mother fucking bastard say something as sick as that!"

Thank God that others agree with me about Freddy, and also Hannibal Lector seeing that I feel the exact same way about him. I know I'm no longer a ten year old child, but I want to fear these guys in the film, I want to experiance horror and suspense. If I wanted to laugh or whatever, I'd go watch a different film. In The Ring, I fully was in fear of Samara. Call me a pussy or whatever, but that was a character I really feared, I love to hate that character. Hell, I think that even Freddy in original NOES (I haven't watched the second or third lately, so I can't comment on that really) and in New Nightmare were to be truly feared for the most part. I know that NOES and FT13th have turned into "fun" films, but I want to fear them again. As for the Vs. series, they can do what they want with it seeing how I mark out for them all being in the same film. For a prequel to Freddy though, it MUST induce fear in the viewers.

I think it's possible. Besides, I wish they'd make it so that we all DO end up hating him, turning him back into a true source of horror. Not someone that we all do not want to see, simply, someone that we'll love to hate and fear, and someone that we'll want to see be destroyed. That's the Freddy I wish would come out of all of this. I want to fear him again, I want to love to hate him. He's been a comedic character for long enough.

There should only be two sets of Tag Titles if both shows, RAW and Smackdown, are totally seperate. I'd prefer one to not be called WWE also.

He wears makeup? Kidding of course but without the makeup you can still see the resemblence. I think that's the idea, seeing how all FREDDY is, is a burned up demonic version of himself with scars, heh.

If they decided to do it the right way, it could be one hell of a FILM. I've wanted it for years, so I really hope we get it. I loved the first scene showing Freddy before he became FREDDY in Vs., it was just so cool. Hell, it was one of my favorite parts of the entire movie. As has been said here before, I also am not sure if Hollywood, or the viewing public, are ready for such a mainstream film with the topic that the film would have. It's one thing to show a little girl without eyes in Vs. done by a monster, it's another to have a real man to be killing children throughout a film. I want it though, I'm 100% behind the idea. It's going to happen, just like Vs. will now become a series of it's own. The current Vs. did way better than most thought it would do, and because of that, it's opened up the flood gates for all sorts of new stuff involving Freddy, Jason, and every other horror monster.
