He also has Taker's biker gimmick now doesn't he? And isn't Mike Knox already gone?
-
Coming soon to Japan, Scotty The Hot teaming up with Giant Bernard! I'm thinking that surely Steph had something to do with Scotty being released. He's held on all this time, then she takes over that new spot, and then he's gone. It wouldn't shock me to see more guys like him being released, guys we never would really think it would happen to.

I'm more ticked about Ariel than anyone else. With RVD and Sabu, I know that they'll get work somewhere else and be what they've always been, but with her I doubt she'll show up in TNA or anyone else in that exact gimmick. I really, really liked her gimmick.

That was a great episode! Here's your GIF for this episode:

I say bring on Jerry Lynn vs. RVD, with Sabu tossed in there also.
-
I'm totally for that 100%, even though I think it sucks that they haven't done much at all with the tag team on SD, since I'm a big fan of both of those guys.

Ah, the ECW entrance! I knew that I noticed something different. I wonder why they have it like this tonight with the ramp...
-
I feel like we're right back to where we were with CM Punk back before the New Breed/Originals feud took place. Meh. I hope this segment can change my mind.

Well, Sandman did the job to him last week didn't he? Something really feels off with this show tonight.

Why Snitsky vignette's are airing on Raw
Downhome replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in The WWE Folder
Oh Jesus Christ. I'm all for Khali/Cena, if only because Khali is one of those true oddities in wrestling that only comes along every now and then. Snitsky though, ugh, he's a living "big guy" cliche in every sense of the word. This new look really hurt the guy if you ask me. -
I'm not even sure if people close them anymore, but I do know that I stopped started SD threads simply because I got tired of someone closing them, locking them, or folding them into the spoiler thread. If SD threads are fine again, that sounds good to me. I really do think we need to loosen up the "comments which don't warrant a thread" deal though, and I'd be willing to bet that most people here would agree with that. Heck, if some people come here for the first time they might not even stick around since there aren't hardly any threads in the main folder on the board. Just my two cents.
-
I've been wondering that ever since it started to happen. Many times if you do start a SD spoiler-free thread when there is already a spoiler thread up, the spoiler-free thread will either get deleted, closed, or folded into the already open thread.
-
Or we could just change this thread title to "Comments which don't warrant a thread...totally decided on by HTQ and HTQ alone". I also think that this thread, and the decision on what shouldn't have its own thread, has helped bring TSM down. Just look at the main page. I have it on the default settings, and there's barely any threads at all. This thread should be about VERY minor shit, stuff people want to say but don't want to start a thread, that's what it was started for back whenever. Now certain people demand that actual news items be posted in this thread, news that's pretty important sometimes. If it was up to me the rules for this thread, and what's thread worthy, would be loosened up quite a bit once again.

So Farrelly Brothers got back together

I had a friend of mine shoot the screenplay over my way, so I might read it over here pretty soon, just for the heck of it. -

The Heartbreak Kid With Ben Stiller and Michelle Monaghan and yes Jerry Stiller is in it also. I've heard some great things about it from people I know who have been able to check it out so far. Michelle Monaghan is one of my favorite new actresses. She was the great female lead in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. -
I figured that would happen, or Orton would get involved in the match leading to a no-contest or costing HBK the match. Either way, no matter that they've done it before, I still don't totally get why they'd do that to Edge at this moment in time. The guy was riding a wave for the past week, on a major high. Doing this is almost like what they do to people at times when they leave WWE and are going to a different company, only this time Edge is just going to a different show.
-
I like HBK, and Edge, but I must say that the booking here really sucked a bit of the wind out of the Edge/SD angle. And Randy Orton stands tall at the end of RAW, standing over HBK, with the world champ over on the side knocked out as well. It must feel great to be punished in WWE land.

Well darn, I thought Flair would cause Carlito to lose.
-
Val is against Carlito, a guy who is in a feud with Ric Flair right now. People, we just might see Val Venis pick up a win right here...
-
It would've been funny had Ken Kennedy came out to hit Edge in the head with a chair or something, leading to Taker getting the pin.
-
I didn't think it was a monster pop either, or at least it didn't come across like that on TV. Yeah, the crowd did react to it, but it wasn't huge or anything. Now when Edge beat Cena at NYR, that was a much better reaction. That's understandable though, with how much people hate Cena (especially a that time) and how much they love Taker.

Why didn't anyone tell me that The Wicker Man...
