  1. Have more of you guys finally decided that there is actually something to Ken Kennedy? I sure hope so.
  2. Holy shit, they just destroyed Edge/Orton, that was...well, not quite what I expected at all. That wasn't much of a match at all! It's cool that the Hardys and CM Punk didn't job, but still.
  3. Orton with RKO on CM Punk, but the pin is broken up. CM Punk really fits in with the big names in this match.
  4. Booo, they didn't do the Kelly Kelly spot where she stays behind to be with Punk like someone here mentioned (Hawk maybe?).
  5. Ok, that HBK spot with Melina made me laugh.
  6. Ha, it's great that they're chanting "CM Punk" instead of DX, and HHH actually mentions it.
  7. Cole should've removed Batista's glasses to reveal that he was asleep.
  8. "You can put your head in it!"
  9. "I will dig up Johnnie Cochran if I have to!" - JBL
  10. This is simply fantastic. JBL is buying a pair of Lita's panties, after smelling them of course.
  11. Seems like they're trying to make up for the shitty matches they've had in the past. Mickie wins, and it wasn't that bad of a match to be honest.
  12. Benoit beats Chavo, thank God.
  13. He also had some sort of growth removed from around his freakin' spine, and they thought it might be cancer. I think I heard yesterday or the day before that they got the results back and it was benign, thank God.
  14. Yeah, don't get carried away. Things have changed a hell of a lot, and in the long run a single win over someone else doesn't really mean all that much. With so many shows in this era a big win, even someone beating Taker at WM, just wont have the same effect as it did back in the day. I've gone over all of this before. Blah blah blah, few things mean anything anymore, blah blah blah, almost nothing in wrestling is sacred anymore, blah blah blah, not even the world titles, blah blah blah, so why not let Taker keep the streak since it wont really truly help anyone like it would've years ago, blah blah blah. Give it to someone like Batista is just an example of them trying to push him on the fans against their will. Weren't they cooling off on Batista just a number of weeks ago anyway?
  15. I've always been against ending the streak, I just don't see the point. I only mention KK because if they are going to do it anyway, he's the only one right now in the entire company that I'd be the less pissed about doing it.
  16. As of right now, Ken Kennedy is the only guy who I'd be willing to accept to end Taker's streak, and even then I don't think it's something that needs to be done. KK is forming a history with Taker right now, so it would only make sense for them to continue their feud, especially since KK has already mentioned the streak I believe. Having Batista be the guy is one of the stupidest things I've heard in a long time having to do with WWE.
  17. I can't even think of the words to comment on that plan...
  18. I love Sabu, always have, but I wont feel sorry for him at all if he blows this shot. His career was given new life, and he had Vince behind him, and now this. I don't see how anyone could feel sorry for the guy if he ends up totally fucking this up.

TNA Comments which don't warrant a thread

This might not be a huge deal right now, but it sure isn't the best news to hear. From PWInsider: -Just like in ECW where Kurt Angle was giving "advice" to workers about stuff they should and shouldn't do in matches, telling them spots, and other various things that pissed off a bunch of guys since they had been in the industry even longer than Kurt Angle, the same thing is starting to happen in TNA. It defiantly happened backstage at the Philly show and the Genesis PPV. Some have put it like Kurt Angle is now walking around backstage as if he owns the entire company, as if TNA is his company. He was giving out finishes, telling people about spots they should do and points that they should hit in their promos. The younger guys were taking the advice, and accepting it as a guy who knows what he's talking about and were just going with it and were pretty much open to it all. The older guys, the veterans who have been around in TNA longer than Angle, or who have just been in the business longer than him period, they're looking at it like he's out of his mind, and quite a few people have noticed that Angle's actions is getting under Jeff Jarett's skin big time. Some people are wondering how long it's going to be until there is a confrontation, a power struggle, between Angle and JJ. It could be nothing, it could just be Angle being excited and anxious, or it could just be that Dixie told him to do whatever he wants to do to try and help the company. Either way, a lot of people notice this right now, and it's the same sort of thing that was going on in ECW that we all heard about before. And then just one more quick TNA note from PWInsider: -It was very chaotic backstage at the recent Impact tapings. It's rumored that Vince Russo showed up to the show with several two hour scripts for TV, thinking that Impact was now a two hour show. This led to creative being forced to do some really quick cut jobs on the shows that were scripted, and to edit six hours of TV down to three. They say that they've asked around and people in the company say that isn't true, but it's the story going around among the wrestlers. No matter if that Vince Russo story is true or not, the fact is that it was indeed a very disorganized Impact taping.
  20. To continue the story on Sabu and his place in WWE right now, read on. From PWInsider: -Already mentioned is his showing up late to shows and sleeping at the tapings for several hours, all of which led to him being squashed by Umaga. To make matters worse, he did not work the recent ECW tapings. After the taping, there was going to be promotional stuff taped to promote for the Elimination Chamber match, to put over how dangerous and hardcore the match is, and Sabu blew it off. He just left the show, and was gone even before the RVD/Holly match took place. With the way things are still going, it doesn't look good for Sabu right now.
  21. The deal seems to be dead now. I received shipping notification emails earlier today for all three sets.
  22. I don't usually post the deals I see on other boards or stumble across myself since most here don't seem to care, but I thought this one was too good to not post: Beavis and BUTT-Head The entire sale

    Wii

I'm still Wiiless as well, yet I already own Zelda and Red Steel (pre-ordered from FamilyVideo). I really want one, you all know how I was talking about it before the release, but I don't want one bad enough to wait in line for hours and hours.
