Weekend Boxoffice Report. July 23-25
Hogan Made Wrestling replied to Youth N Asia's topic in Television & Film
There is a third book in the series, called The Bourne Ultimatum. Since they're keeping the titles, I'd expect the eventual movie to be called that, also. The movies, however, are almost nothing like the books. I will say that the books are definitely worth reading. I've heard there's a fourth book, not written by Ludlum, but I haven't seen it or read it. The fourth book is written by Eric Van Lustbader and is entitled "The Bourne Legacy". I believe Ludlum's family approved the project. -
John Kerry, Detroit and Rolls-Royce
Hogan Made Wrestling replied to MarvinisaLunatic's topic in Current Events
Bah this thread is getting back on track. We need to continue the tangent of associating whitey-hatin' black guys to the John "bling-bling" Kerry campaign. I've got the perfect guy for his Secretary of Defense: -

But he's whiter than I. He'd probably stick with "bee-yotches" -=Mike ..."I now replace John Edwards as my VP --- and replace him with Lil'Jon!!!" Theodore Long for Kerry's new campaign manager? -
Every day I'm going to the gym I drink a protein shake, which is usually: 1 scoop Power Whey protein 1 banana 1/2 C skim milk 1 spoon vanilla sometimes along with other stuff like some cocoa powder, an orange, an extra banana, etc. I haven't put on any weight from this but instead it's helped me convert my extra fat into muscle. I would never drink one if I wasn't planning on working out that day.

John Kerry, Detroit and Rolls-Royce

I think it would be great if Kerry showed up in a decked-out caddie with chrome 20s and subs booming out Ludacris (just to get in a dig at O'Reilly). -

I wonder what Michael "Flint Michigan" Moore thinks of this... -
Will you be back if I post some pics of midget beastiality in the LSD forum?

John Kerry, Detroit and Rolls-Royce
Hogan Made Wrestling replied to MarvinisaLunatic's topic in Current Events
Rolls-Royce is manufactured in Germany, duh. Aren't we still somewhat friends with Germany? For your average dumb working-class stiff, Europe=France. Oh, and I would laugh if it turned out that guy drove a Japanese car. -
I actually like the idea of Benoit vs. Orton (World title), Edge vs. Batista (IC title), and Regal vs. HHH (maybe a streetfight or something?). Throw in Eugene vs. Flair as well I suppose.

George has reportedly signed with the Cowboys. I'm a happy Cowboys fan today.

I remember travelling to London my brother had to open his bag because there were some safety pins attached to the inside somewhere, and get rid of them. Now, on the plane you could purchase a 40 of Crown Royal that when broken in half would make a far more effective weapon than any safety pin ever could.

I don't mind GBA, but I think it's disgraceful that it has replaced Take Me Out to the Ball Game, which is an institution of baseball and one of the things that makes it charming and unique as a sport. I remember someone telling me about how some of his friends were visiting from Japan, and they were all excited to go to a game (this was pre-9/11) because they wanted to take part in TMOTTBG because it's one of the things that makes the American game special.
-
What does that have to do with anything? Simple, since protesting American actions might not be enough, they might go to the next level by not accepting American dollars since money is a symbol of American "arrogance" supposedly. I just thought that MAYBE one day one of these "great stand-takers" will go all the way with with it. Carlos Delgado's employer is the Toronto Blue Jays, who last time I checked are a Canadian-based business. And his salary being listed in American dollars is totally irrelevant and is basically done only for comparative purposes with other players. Although if he was a pro wrestler he'd probably go for cheap heat by having a "contract resigning" which stipulates his salary be paid in Euros. Come to think of it, why hasn't La Resistance tried that yet?

Let's lighten the mood for one thread......
Hogan Made Wrestling replied to NoCalMike's topic in Current Events
I was going to post this. I absolutely love it, one of the best digs at both guys I've seen in a while. -
Right now (top 4 pretty much never change): 1. The Usual Suspects 2. LA Confidential 3. The Insider 4. Goodfellas 5. Vanilla Sky
-
And that would actually be revisionist history from the smark's end of things, not Vince's, because when the PPV happened and the buyrate came back low you will recall that everyone on the internet was sure to point out how the PPV was built around Hogan vs. Vince as the main match and so they were to blame for the disappointing number, not Brock and Angle.

Am I missing something? Because I don't see anything wrong with that statement.

Arnold: Democrat lawmakers are "girlie men"
Hogan Made Wrestling replied to Jobber of the Week's topic in Current Events
Personally, I would say Arnold's constant use of Terminator movie references is more ridiculous than this non-issue girly man comment. Oh, and props to whoever posted the Junior picture. -
This would be the guy who ducked out of the Vietnam War by spending a month where he refused to clean himself, and then began defacating in his pants and living in his own filth so that he would get an unfit for combat classification. I can only imagine him calling his opponent "unpatriotic".

BIRDS IN THE HOTEL LINKED TO JOHN KERRY CAMPAIGN
Hogan Made Wrestling replied to a topic in No Holds Barred
This gimmick is great. -
Remember when the only foreign policy stuff making the news was this little spat with China?

Want another reason ESPN sucks? How about people naming THEIR KIDS after it? Apocalypse Now: The first ESPN siblings Now, the name Espen is actually a real name (Espen Knutsen from Norway played for the Columbus Blue Jackets), but I'm sure those parents didn't know that. And naming your kid ESPN (in caps no less) really ought to be illegal.

Novak and Carville just don't seem to gel for some reason, unlike Carlson vs Begala Novak and Carville show: Carville: BUSH SUCKS! Novak: BUSH RULES! Carville: NEO-CONS SUCK! Novak: YES THEY DO...BUT SO DOES JOHN KERRY! etc. etc. etc.
