Benoit may as well try and build up the US title. He's behind JBL, Orton, Hassan, Eddie and Taker in the queue to face Batista after all, and also probably behind them all in terms of getting an actual title run too.

I apologise for not writing a proper match...but most of the others weren't much longer anyway. Still, a fun little show, and KC did a great job in the main event.

I loved the slow motion whips. And the pin reverse sequence was a sight to behold. Poor guys. Maybe they'll learn how to...I don't know...do ANYTHING properly before committing another match to video.

I like Regal on Smackdown. They can either play for laughs and put him with Heidenreich, or if he was to be a heel a Benoit-Regal feud wouldn't be too shabby if they built Regal up a bit.

Of course you can play Devil's advocate, but you need to have a decent arguement. Saying that Vince would want to screw around with ROH just because he's an asshole is stupid. I dont see the whole Punk storyline as over the head of marks. Punk wins the title, and may well soon be leaving for WWE. What's so hard to understand about that? It's hardly a huge complicated plot you need backstage knowledge to follow.

I'd say Crystal/Gunner then, as GPX won the 3 way last month. I'd guess the story of the match would be Crystal/Gunner/GPX working together while the Originals can't get on the same page. That would lead to the defeat, and the start of the Originals realising they're going to need to work together.

ROH isnt known by 90%+ of WWE fans, really. You're going way overboard with the Vince being an asshole thing.

Punk would never "shit on" the ROH title on WWE tv. For one thing, what the hell would be the point? The casual WWE fan doesnt know or care what ROH is, and they're not even close to competition.

There are no golden rules in wrestling. If something gets people talking and attracts fans then its worked. I think Gabe is a good enough booker to have a great follow up to this. People need to wait and see before saying stuff like the ROH title is devalued.

The ROH board is really funny today, its true. I understand people not liking Punk being the champion from personal taste, but its a big title change that has everyone talking, whats so wrong with that? Plus if Punk does leave they can throw together a World Title tourny thats bound to be a big tape seller. But Punk is nothing like HHH, its a ridiculous comparison. Punk has put everybody over in the past.

He's not a better worker than Aries. Edit - to qualify, I find Homocide vastly overrated and don't enjoy his matches at all. He would probably do a decent work as a trainer, but I'd hate to see a load of guys working like him.
