Great promo from the new champ. I like any promo that reminds the fans of history, as so often it all gets ignored. Brannigan NOT being a defending champion is cool too. He's proud to be champ, but he's not stupid. Intensitude from PK. Nice touch it being unsanctioned, too. Axel getting serious and angry again is cool. Poor Josie, all these big angry men demanding matches. Blondeage! Excellent. And aww, a little girl Rodez. Nice idea. Nice womens matchs, that whole things coming off really well. Good work from Tony in keeping two of his tag teams active. You can see in contrast how I've let the Love Doctors vanish from the face of the Earth. Anyway, return of the Heavenly Rockers was great. And so it begins! Crystal's promo seems like the clearest indication of what's coming so far. Good work, too. Woo, go Pigley! You can do it! Hopefully Dan-Mel didnt come over as too squashy. Its leading to a big match, anyways. GPX and Drek are like the devils on the shoulder of Axel. Oops, Axel used the catchphrase he discarded earlier. Never mind. Ouch. A hell of a beating for PK. CSI getting themselves over as a powerful group. Cool little party segment and good continuity with Dan still trying to rile Zack. Crazyness~! in the Mad Machine match. Slamming a woman stomach first into ring post? Ouch. Heh. Cute ring intros from Scotty S. And hey, Popeye is a great man. Really fun, high energy match leading into an excellent brawl. The street fight was pretty wild too. Brainbuster on the chair and the finish were especially nasty. This match definetely captured the ECW flavour. Overall - the show really got the"war" angle started after plenty of foreshadowing, and I'm really looking forward to all the matches that we have to come. Go us.

Glad everyone liked the 3 way tag. I was going for non-stop action and I think it worked out pretty nicely. Kudos to Zack for a great opening portion, too. I'm away till the 12th now, apologies for not getting to the other matches in detail, but I thought they both did a great job considering they were match ups we'd seen before and the winners were obvious.

I'd say Aries-Gibson from "Stalemate" was just as good as Angle/Michaels.

Really enjoyed the opening tag bout. Tony didnt tell me the straps were going onto the Boiz, so it was nice to have a match with a surprise ending, which we don't get too often. I don't know what Tony has planned but I think theres definite potential for more matches between these teams. The Boiz have some really nice offence which is helping them get over as a credible team, in my eyes at least. I always liked Lil' Naitch. Fun tag match here too, established the BBB as having some ability too with the SS legdrop. Good little hardcore match. A bit short, but then hardcore matches shouldn't be epics anyway. Igor-Christian was a good showcase for Wright, and I liked Rodez's return, although it maybe made Christian look a little too silly. I'm sure he'll get some heinous~ revenge, though. Cool Drek/GPX beat down on Alf. Nice set up segment. Frankies-THR continued their tradition of fun, violent brawls. Interesting to see where the Cornie stuff goes. X title match was too short to really go anywhere but nothing bad at all, and the length of match is understandable with FM wanting a break. Jay Richards-PK could have developed into a good match too, but worked as the vehicle to bring Chris Stevens match. CSI should be cool. And I will try to feed the last two matches later. Honest.

I should really have thought this through; I'm away for a week from Thursday, so ignore my entry.

Both were pretty nice. Keller could maybe have done better with the freekick, but the 2nd was a good finish. Only decent parts of the game really.

Nothing they couldn't survive. Styles and Daniels are returning soon which would replace the name value of anyone leaving, and the undercard is full of guys who could step up.

Heyman would actually have to be in charge for it to be taken seriously, and I can't see Vince giving him that much power.

Didn't Punk pretty much burn his bridges with TNA? Has something changed there? Joe and Danielson could be great in TNA.

Jay Lethal is the exception there. Xavier grew on me once he dropped the title. He had some really nice offence.

I'd rather watch a Joe, Gibson, Danielson, Punk, Aries or Shelley match than any of those guys do the same things over and over again. It's a little pointless even making the comparison though. All a matter of taste, as boring as that is to say.
