I know that Kevin Johnson once had a game with 20+ points, 10+ assist, 10+ steals and he had 7 boards. they were trying to get him a few boards at the end to get the quad but couldn't. It was December 9, 1993 against Washington, though I can't find the box score at this moment. I did find this one while looking for it: 2/18/85: Larry Bird: 30 points, 12 rebounds, 10 assists, 9 steals For the record, he didn't get the last steal because the game was a blowout and he didn't want to go back in.

Without looking, I can almost guarantee that no one's ever had ten steals and ten blocks in the same game...or even different games, for that matter.
