I don't see why Coach is so bad. Sure, he's bland..but he beats Ross in every category. Ross is easily the worst announcer in the WWE. Why? His announcing has sucked for years, and he's the guy responsible for the pushes (and hours of on-air blowjobs) of people like Albert. His hoss-centric ass is partially the reason no small guy is ever going to get a chance with that company.

 

Don't even get me started on his other position. Having a Head of Talent Relations who dosen't know what talent IS dosen't help any.

Disturbed manages to show some range in their second CD that a lot of nu-metal bands don't have. ("Darkness", for example)

Actually, Damaramu, you're not an oddity about the Metallica stuff. (I'm actually MORE fond of the Black Album-forward stuff, which is strange.)

 

The whole thing of "fans wanting a band to go back to the roots" is a load of crap. Why? Because when a band actually does that to cater to the most vocal, hostile group of fans..those fans wind up hating it anyway.

You also have to consider the guy that comes out looking the strongest usually gets cheered anyway. That explains a lot about Austin (Stone Cold? Look weak? Never.), Rock (The guy is basically what Hogan was back in his prime, just a better worker), and HHH (Never loses, never looks weak, gets plenty of airtime).

 

Eddy is a guy who was just a face a few weeks ago, and was turned face by the fans in the first place. He's one of those guys it's just hard to boo. (Except when he's REALLY trying to be a heel. Example: Eddy v Rey at Haloween Havoc '97)
