You know what's really fucked up? For a long time they do nothing with Dreamer and then they finally end the 24/7 hardcore rule and give the belt to Dreamer. They could have built a very good Hardcore divison around him but, instead a few weeks later they get rid of the belt and Dreamer has been dead in the water since.
