Right...cause I'm sure the indies pay much much better than the WWE. And being that he just had a kid it's really the right move. Considering Tommy's place in the WWE I doubt he's getting paid that much and with a big a name as he is on the indies I'm sure he could get paid just as much if not more then what he's making now. I mean even Raven says he's making good money on the indies.

Brock Lesnar Getting Heat For Big Ego
EdwardKnoxII replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in The WWE Folder
How much you wanna bet that Undertaker was pissed when Silverman came into 1st class. *Billy Silverman walks into the 1st class area of the plane and is about to go to his seat when he is blocked by UT* UT: What do you think you're doing here? Silverman: Taking my seat I paid for a 1st class ticket. UT(mad): YOU WHAT? Silverman(scared): Uh, y-yes out of my own UT: Let me tell you something boy. This here is my yard and my airplane and you'll respect my yard and my airplane and not come into 1st class because you aint a main eventer. And if you don't respect MY YARD and airplane I'll have to throw some soup bones at you. Those are what I call my punches. -

So let me get this right. Because Silverman paid for a 1st class ticket out of his OWN pocket it's somehow a slap to the face to the main eventers? Riigghhttt. Hey those people in coach could pay for a 1st class ticket themselves so I really don't see what the problem is. -

Oh ok got you now. Yeah that was dumb. It was like it's against the law in WWE to flight 1st class even if you pay for it yourself. Hell I remember reading X-Pac even flew 1st class and it there's someone that doesn't belong there it's him. -

It's like how Silverman basically got fired for paying out of his pocket to upgrade to first class. Wait a minute I thought Silverman quit cause of all the crap he was getting from the wrestlers about that. -
Brock Lesnar Getting Heat For Big Ego

Speaking about not shaking hands I remember reading about something else that happened in the locker room involving O'Haire. The story goes that when O'Haire first came into the locker room he meet and greeted alot of the guys 'cept for the Undertaker which made UT mad. Days later when O'Haire did decide to meet and greet UT, UT got pissed and told him to forget about it. -

I think it's the case of the WWE locker room being like high school. Don't shake Droz's hand? You have an attitude problem and need to be jobbed out. Don't shake the Undertaker's hand the minute you first get into the locker room? You have an ego problem and need to be jobbed out. Keep to yourself and don't talk much? You're a self center asshole. Etc. You get the point. -
FLAIR: That's it Austin! You've done it now, pissing on the Enforcer like that! I'm gonna...I'll tell you what I'm gonna do about it. Tonight, handicap match Austin! Scott Hall...and XPac...AND THE 7-FOOT GIANT, THE BIG SHOW...AGAINST YOU AUSTIN... [Crowd cheers!] ...and THAT NO GOOD, ROUGH AND TOUGH, BREWSKI-POUNDING COWBOY TEXAN, BRADSHAW!! [Lull.] Hey you guys are forgetting right before Bradshaw was injured they gave him the Hardcore belt. I remember the match he won it, it was in Texas and no one in the crowd gave shit about Bradshaw and Bradshaw had a cowbell that he keep on ringing the damn bell trying to get the crowd to get behind him. And then after he won the belt he keeps ringing the damn cowbell and when he went into the ring he trips on the steps and almost falls facefirst and looked like an even bigger fool when that happened. Then as the hardcore champ Bradshaw dressed like a cowboy just like his Justin Hawk days and had a new hardcore belt made with bullhorns on it. And still no one cared.

Vince McMahon's big announcement (*Spoilers*)
EdwardKnoxII replied to Kurt Angle Mark's topic in The WWE Folder
I'm more pissed that with all the hours they have instead of giving a CW match or two they got to jam all of the wrestlers in a battle royal. -
And yet Vince wouldn't let WCW get the upper hand in Invasion even thou he owned both feds. Or he won't push stars that were big in WCW or ECW because they weren't "his". Or the fact he loves to make a fool out of Bishoff over and over again never mind the fact that Vince has won the Monday Night Wars.

Victoria talks about the outfit she wore on Raw
EdwardKnoxII replied to Kurt Angle Mark's topic in TSM Classic Threads
Well I love Victoria now I didn't really like her at face because of her face. I mean have you seen her nose? It takes up more the half her face. It's about as big HHH's. But, I like it now it gives her a good look. -
http://www.eonline.com/News/Items/0,1,13545,00.html Wow so this doesn't mean I have to hear about the West Wing and Friends winning about a shitload of Emmy's each and maybe new shows can get a chance to win? Count me in.

Laurer & Waltman Back Together Gotta love these wackos... Joanie Laurer and Sean Waltman are back together after a very messy split a few months back. Waltman has been talking about getting back together with Laurer since the two split. Credit: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

Big Update On Goldberg's WMXX Status & Beyond Could Goldberg stay with WWE? WWE has no plans to use Goldberg on TV leading up to WrestleMania XX and have not even asked him to do pre-taped vignettes to build to his WrestleMania XX match with Brock Lesnar. Goldberg is currently off shooting the Santa's Slay movie. New reports indicate that WWE has not even offered Goldberg a new contract. WWE has only gone as far as to ask Goldberg if he'd be interested in doing future appearances with the company. Those talks have not gone anywhere. WWE likely would have interest in bringing Goldberg in for their Japan tour. The relationship between WWE and Goldberg is said to still be very strained at this point and, for now, there doesn't seem to be much of a future between the two sides. Credit: PWTorch Powell Report

Latest On How TNA Is Doing Financially How much longer will TNA last? It appears that if NWA: TNA can maintain their current weekly PPV buyrate level and save money by having one PPV per month taped, they will be able to start cutting the massive losses they racked up during their first few months. Thus, if they maintain their buys and cut about $100,000 by having one taped PPV per month, they will basically be at the break even point. If they are breaking even, the promotion likely will be able to last. The problem is that most indications show interest going down in TNA's product, and it remains to be seen if a taped show every month (to which the spoilers will be available on the 'net) will be able to sustain a regular buyrate. Amen to that. I still wish DC would make a Green Lantern movie. With a good story and the effects they would use for the ring I think a GL movie would make big bucks. But, all DC wants to do is make Batman, Superman nothing else.

And I hate to sound like a generic Smark, but it's all the WWE's fault. He ran away from Lesnar and his fat, balding GM friend on SD!, came to Raw, and was booked as little more than a nuisance to the HHH/HBK feud. I no longer care about Benoit's title chase. He "ran away" from Brock and Heyman? The same Heyman who was pissed that RAW stole Benoit? That guy? -=Mike Yeah that guy. The guy that said that Benoit will NEVER get another shot at the belt and WON. So Benoit having lose had to jump the RAW to get a shot. I think it was dumb that have Heyman pissed at Benoit for jumping to RAW. Vince pissed at him or not. Heyman should be happy and gloat about it and rub it in Benoit's face that Heyman won and Benoit is a loser. Not saying that's what I want to happen but, in storyline terms that's what Heyman should be doing.

WrestleMania 2000 Wrestlemania X-Seven. Well to fair the fans at X-7 didn't buy it as a heel turn and cheered like crazy when Austin won. And as dumb as the ending was you really can't say a heel won.

http://cnn.netscape.cnn.com/news/story.jsp...51.htm&sc=reodd New York Driver Nabbed While Watching Porn Movie ALBANY, N.Y. (Reuters) - Andre Gainey found out the hard way that in the state of New York it's illegal to drive while watching porn. Police said the 35-year old man from Clifton Park, New York, was watching a adult movie called "Chocolate Foam" on Tuesday night while driving his Mercedes Benz in the town of Schenectady when he was spotted by an officer at a stop light. Police spokesman Pete Frizoni said detectives pulled Gainey over when they saw the movie playing on screens embedded in the car's headrests. When they confronted him, they saw another screen in the passenger-side visor was facing Gainey, allowing him to watch the movie while driving. The case is thought to be the first of its kind in New York, said Joe Pichi, a spokesman for the for the state's Department of Motor Vehicles. "Our biggest problem is illegal cell phone use while driving," Pichi said. "Drivers should be driving." Gainey was charged with a public display of offensive material, driving with a suspended license and driving while watching a television. He compounded his legal woes by giving a false name when he was fingerprinted, prompting police to add a charge of forgery. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 17.

I really can't see the WWE holding what 20 ppv's a year? Not with the way ratings and what have you have been. It's not like it was back in '97-00. If WWE really plans on doing this they really need to knock down the price about $10 or maybe have some special $20 ppv's kind of like the old In Your House PPV before they went to 3 hours.

WCW was doing fine before Hogan came in. Then after he came in and had to get jobs for all his old friends that pushed WCW back for sometime till the NWO came around.

Vince McMahon didn't like his selfish-ness....of wanting 3 weeks off to be with his new-born son. And that reminds me, why did Monsoon say the baby was only a few months old....at WM, when it was almost a year old? Was he that stupid? Another story I heard was that Hogan was mad that Steamboat-Savage's match stole the show at WM. And he wanted to get Steamboat buried anyway he can.
