This was the first WWF PPV I ever got, so I remember this match quite fondly and still have it on VHS somewhere. It was a match I never got sick of re-watching as a young mark but I never really knew why. I got Jukebox a few months back (this is on it) and I fell back in love. Great match.

Holy shit, Basham/Jindrrak and Spanky & London/Kanyon & Moore have made me VERY interested in some sort of Velocity (or Velocity/Heat) compilation DVD/tape. Someone let me know if you are going to pursue this.

It's authentic enough for me, I'm going. It's not like EVERY GAB was in Baltimore anyways. And the "WWE" Tag Titles are actually a Smackdown! only title that only got named that because the WWE title was on Smack! when they were introduced; and the WWE World Tag Titles got shortened to World Tag Titles to go along with RAW's then World Championship. The belts on RAW are actually the authentic history wise WWE tag belts; so yes, RAW does have all the real belts.

They need a face to transition the US title to Hassan. Doug please!

I knew people like the movie in real life; and after seeing the movie it just made me hate them that much more.

I have a Real Media copy that for some reason starts near the end of the PPV and then after the PPV ends the beginning starts. So, just a little out of order but that can be solved by FFing.

I knew it was pre-determined before I started watching around 95 (I was 10) but me and my friends figured only the matches were pre-determined, and that the wrestling was pretty legit. The HBK collapse incident backed up our theories. I never thought the blood was real until the NBC special. I still got that on tape somewhere (with Sunday Night HeAT during commercials), I'll have to dig that out. Hillarious stuff. The best part was going to an indy show a few months later and actually being given signs. Some drunk guy behind us started yelling about how he couldn't believe they actually handed out signs. Fun stuff.

I bet the crowd will turn on Matt if/when he comes back. That'd be hillarious.
