They just released stuffed Muppet Babies and the real kicker is that they each come with an old episode on DVD. I marked the fuck out when I saw them at Target. I went back today and picked up Gonzo, who comes with the Star Wars episode. JUST watched it and loved it. They have Rowlf, Animal, Piggy, Kermit, Fozzy and the Gonz. Hopefully if they're succesful enough they release a second wave with Skeeter Skooter Bonson and Beaker. $15 at Target. Go buy them.

How was Chris Jericho the last WCW Champion, if Rock was holding that belt when Vince renamed it the World Championship. WWE wants us to believe the RAW title is not the WCW title, but it makes much more sense that it is a renamed WCW title. But I'm using logic and quoting events that actually happened on WWE television, so I can't be right. That site can list Goldberg as having reigns as World Champion and as WCW Champion seperately, because they have different names. It's why Rey Mysterio's profile says WWE Cruiserweight Champion (6 times) [referencing the lineage] but still lists 'WCW Cruiserweight Champion.' Wether WWE wants there to be lineage between the WCW Title and the World Champinship or not can be debated. Hasn't Flair said things on RAW like "back when I held that belt" referring to HHH's title? I agree with RRR, as far as most fans are concerned, and there's been events on WWE Television to support this, the World Heavyweight Championship IS the WCW Title.

I'd like to throw my hat into the debate on the Wolrd Championship/WCW Title argument. I believe the day after Suvivor Series 01, which was the end of the InVasion, Vince said that the WCW Title would now be known simply as the World Championship. Then of course at Vengeance, Jericho won the World Championship and WWF Title to become the Undisputed Champion. He carried around both belts, and defended them in the same matches. He lost them both to HHH at Mania. Shortly after Mania, HHH was presented with one belt, called the Undisputed Championship. This belt floated around, from Hogan to Taker to Rock, finally landing around the waste of Brock Lesnar. However, because Brock said he would remain exclusive to Smackdown, and that he was taking the Undisputed Championship with him, that championship automatically became disputed because it wasn't being defended against half of the WWE's roster. Thus, Lesnar's belt merely became a representation of the WWE Championship. So, the next week on RAW, Bischoff presented HHH with the World Heavyweight Championship. This was not only the same belt as the old WCW Title, but lineage-wise, the same championship, as Vince had merely renamed it. The RAW Title is NOT a new title. It's a renamed WCW Title, same belt and everything, kayfabe wise because VINCE himself said so.

If this were the real card, I'd see them add... Big Show/Face Train Cena/Gunn US Title Bashams/WGTT Smack Tag Jindrak Cade/La Res RAW Tag Generic Women's match.

Saw this on 411... WWE is considering running an angle following the Royal Rumble where the winner of the Royal Rumble match decides whether he wants to face the RAW Champion or Smackdown Champion at WrestleMania. This will leave the door open for Goldberg to win the Rumble and go on to face Smackdown Champion Brock Lesnar, but also keeps things flexible. One option if WWE does not go ahead with the Goldberg/Brock Lesnar match is to have a Smackdown star, possibly John Cena, win the Rumble and then go on to feud with the RAW Champion (likely Triple H) for WrestleMania XX. WWE is considering moving Cena to RAW permanently and making him the brand's top face following WMXX since RAW will not have a major face then (assuming Goldberg does not sign a new deal with WWE). Credit: Pro-Wrestling Torch Newsletter Cena winning the Rumble to face HHH is something I like better than Benoit doing the same. Even if Benoit doesn't face Brock at WM, you know he's going to eventually. I really like the somewhat set storyline of Benoit wanting the WWE Title, not the World Championship. Plus, Cena's been talking about main eventing WM XX for a long time.

It'd be a good way to promote the Monday Night Wars DVD... and if it's somewhat succesful, maybe they could do it once a month.

Well I've pretty much stopped watching RAW. If I hear of anything I want to see when reading the recap, I just find the torrent, ala HBK/HHH.
