Are you kidding me? Did they even pay attention to the lyrics in that song?

That's another one that was released in 2004, but 2005 in the States. Going by American release dates, i'd put in the top 5 of the year for sure.
-
Your right. 2005 was the American and possibly the UK release date. I'll scratch it off the list.

Why does everyone want this guy fired now? Are you bound, chained and forced to listen to his show? Perhaps not paying attention to him and focusing on more worthwhile causes that are out there would be a more productive avenue.

Bloc Party's Silent Alarm will probably end up being my favorite of 2005. Other contenders: Broken Social Scene - s/t Death Cab For Cutie - Plans Feist- Let it Die (it was 2005) The New Pornographers - Twin Cinema Both Bright Eyes albums

Touchy and hostile

Man, you people are touchy.

All part of the grand conspiracy. (X-Files nerds will get the reference)

You'd think they'd let Juvi and London go out there for at least 10 minutes instead of the tired old crusierweight battle royal.

They should hold off the title change till after Survivor Series now. Then put it on Benoit And I guess this means Benoit and Booker will be joining Team Smackdown.
-
Looks like the title change is happening next week: - WWE.com Randy wins, Batista gets his comeback video in January, wins Rumble, rematch at Mania, yada yada

Watching the entire season of Lost in a couple of weeks on DVD has made it all the more harder to watch the new episodes. With that said, I thought about doing the same thing with Arrested Development and 24, both of which i've yet to see a single episode.

This has not been a good year for the Republicans.

Iraq getting swept under the rug I take it? -
And with that, London's losing streak mercifully ends

That Bon Jovi cover is awful. At least the others try to be creative.

FFX. Loved the storyline, gamplay and music. FFVIII would be a close second since it was the first FF game I played, so it holds a lot of nostalgic value.
-
Then why have I seen alterations on the old block logo (i.e. removing the "F"), most notably on legends entrance graphics?

They're showing Survivor Series '97 this month Are any of the old school cards this month any good? I really wish they'd let you choose by match, rather then having to fast forward through everything.

Make sure you're using Internet Explorer. I couldn't get it to work on Netscape. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I thought about that, but it still doesn't work in IE. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Firefox.

How does punishment in this case work? We should be focusing on prevention of crimes and protection of the populace, and in all cases we should be acting in the least invasive manner possible. Killing someone can't even be seen as punishment. There's no lesson to be learned by anyone. Especially since the mother and father didn't even a commit a murder so the whole 'eye for an eye' motto dosen't fly. We're perputuating more hate and we should not have a justice system bent on revenge. Rehabilitation of the offender and protection of the public should be the goals of the system. A society that rebukes revenge, punishment, and barbarity is going to, on the whole, be a better society

I highly doubt i'm the only one here that thinks they shouldn't be put to death. The death penalty is barbaric, blatantly hypocritical, morally abhorrent, proven to be ineffective and not an appropriate way for a rational enlightented society to carry out justice. Also, it costs roughly more to excute people than hold them in prison when you factor in the costs of courts, appeals, etc.
