Your funny. I'm sure the people in various parts of South America just LOVED having their country shattered, wives and daughters raped, family members murdered and tourtured, and hospitals and houses destroyed when Reagen was in power. But if revionist history dictates that he was a great liberater, so be it. Ditto the people of Iraq who had bombs fly over their houses when they were being 'liberated'.

Same deal for me. For the last couple of months i've been at the gym five days a week, 45 minutes doing cardio and about an hour on weights. I've improved greatly in my chest and arm area but my stomach has been the slowest to improve which is a bit concerning. My diet has totally been revamped, drinking nothing but water and consuming very little sugar while eating meals with a lot of protien. Not sure about how to get the spare tire to disappear faster though...

EditL With help from America If you remove the word "his" in that sentence that would be a pretty apt description of Bush. Or Reagan.

Your "claims" are based on surprise surprise, narrow-minded generalizations and bigotry.

I'd say Mike referring to Islam as a "Death cult" was the most absurd thing to come out of this thread.

I was a bit dissapointed they didn't have Futurama in that list too Overall, I found the episode to be fucking fantastic and can't wait for the rest of the season. -
Liberals cant use homosexuality in the context of a joke or insult?

Relevant article (although a few weeks old): Canada slaps sanctions on US over softwood lumber Do two wrongs make a right? In this case, I say yes. It's a symbolic response, but at this point, all we (Canadians) have left. The byrd amendment has been ruled illegal again and again. At least we're not bending over and the Liberals are showing some balls. link

WARNING: PDF GRAPH Liberal support trailing in all parts of the country. Conservatives lead even in Ontario. Bloc soaring ahead in Quebec. NDP leading in BC and Sask/Man, and Liberals behind the NDP in all four western provinces. Le sigh.

Who here has gone to a Wrestlemania?
cbacon replied to Prophet of Mike Zagurski's topic in The WWE Folder
I've been to X8 and drove to New York to XX. I was having second thoughts about the New York trip but I would have killed myself for not being apart of the atmosphere that was Benoit's victory celebration -
How does WWE choose what type of number to use..
cbacon replied to UZI Suicide's topic in The WWE Folder
Funny thing about WrestleMania 2000 is that on the actual PPV and the week leading up to it, it was just "WrestleMania" sans any number or year. There is no mention of which WrestleMania it is during the show nor on the DVD cover. Since then it's been referred to as "2000" or "XVI" but I always found it odd how it was just "WrestleMania" on the PPV itself. In terms of which to use, I don't think they think to hard about it, rather they decide which would look better for the logo since I guess they think 'long' roman numerals (XVIII for example) would look better with simply two characters (X8). That said, i'm glad the roman numerals are back. WrestleMania taught me how to read them -
That was there anyway. At least women aren't treated worse than cattle. -=Mike Afghan Women Still in Chains Under Karzai One Hundred Twelve Women Assaulted in Iraq, Afghanistan Rule of the Rapists:Britain and the US said War on Afghanistan would Liberate Women. How much is WM 21 gonna cost this year?

Splitting it with a group of friends is the way to go. -
I just read about this and i'm pretty interested to see how it turns out. When I was a kid living in England I loved the show (particulary when Sylvested McCoy and Tom Baker where at the helm). I bought a few of the DVD's recently which took me on a nostalgia trip. That said, the new series looks sorta interesting. I can't view any of the videos on the official site cause I despise RealPlayer so I was wondering if some of the Brits on this board could give a rundown of how it looks. The show airs here in Canada on April 5 on CBC.

Bright Eyes - Digital Ash in a Digital Urn

This has been a really mediocre season thus far.

Little problem: The Iron Sheik is from IRAN, the enemy country of IRAQ, the country we hate and are "at war" with. Of course, that didn't stop WWE from pretending he was Iraw as Col. Mustafa but, still that wouldn't make much sense. Who said Hassan was from Iraq? And why do you hate Iraq?

It came out the Wednesday before WM4, IIRC; it's not THAT close a call. Basil DeVito mentioned how serious a problem this mini-scandal was in the 'WrestleMania' book. They actually broke kayfabe in that book?

Generally, fans don't know what exactly is going to happen on the card BEFORE they order.

Some bad moments in elementary school have turned me into the introvert that I am today. Well, not moments per say, but there was definetly a shift in my personality. I didn't really think of it back then, but once I got braces and glasses I became much more quite and reserved. I was so insecure about my hair i'd constantly comb it forward and wear a hat everyday from grade 5 till around grade 11. I still don't i've recoverd from those latter years of elementary school. While certanily better than I was before, I still need a healthy dose of confidence to compensate for my awkward social skills around people I don't know. If i'm talking to a girl, i'm constantly thinking about what i'm going to say next while unintentionally ignoring what she's saying -
C-Bacon, in some WWE thread. Gwaaaa? What did that have to do with INXS' sig?
