On a sort of related note: Why do wrestling videos in any form have poor sound synchronization far more often than with other material?

"Resort destinations" are funny things. You have a city/town that's pushing itself as a destination and that's pretty much all that would normally motivate you to go and see it. Charleston's pushed as one now, but before that already had a vibrant tourist economy due to history and how the place looks like a time capsule in some downtown areas. Branson had none of these things.

I just marked the fuck out. I thought it was just going to be Cena yelling "OKAY IT'S ON!" or some shit and him and Michaels being made official next week. And I'm GLAD they didn't say anything after the Undertaker appeared. It's just, "oh snap, the Deadman done come for Cena."

Maria's hot, but something's off about her. Like, I get this feeling of "if you really knew this person there's NO way" when I see her. I can see Christy on TNA, but that means bad things right now.

Michaels and Taker are "old guys," but it's not a couple of "old guys" like Hogan or Piper or whatever legitimately old fuckers they drag out every now and then for a major event. These guys can still move at around 75% of their prime forms and blow away the lion's share of the company (which is either sad for the current state of the roster or showing how damn good both of them once were). You know Taker won't have a heavy in-ring load going into Wrestlemania, so he'll be in good shape and wanting to make his last money match as a somewhat regular worker a good one in front of a stadium. Batista should have to sign a new contract that allows WWE to sack his ass six months after beating Taker if he doesn't hold up his end and get motivated again.

Melina 4 teh win. Since her re-pushing in this year's Good Women's Storyline For A Change, Victoria has been incredible. I don't watch Smackdown, but whenever I see the PPVs or catch a little that Kristal is pretty nice.

Crono's one of those guys you see every now and then who will fit the very image in your brain of a mild-mannered person. You see them, completely inoffensive people out and about trying to get something done with a hint of eagerness who you just know eat and act like milquetoast, at least once a week if you live outside of a big city. These people freak me out, so I just imagine that they're actually superheroes.

I'll watch this and write a lil' review afterward. For real.

I think what prevents the smark dreams of live TV shoots and whatnot is that there's probably legal recourse for that written into their contracts.
