Haha, this was tonight?? Fuck, I missed it.

Start a thread about ol' Raz in TCS finally and that's the issue? You're slipping.
-
Seriously Texas, we wouldn't mind if you seceded.
-
There aren't always two sides to an issue, 'specially lately.

I didn't see the Pet Shop Boys or Kylie. What the heck kinda list is this?

Comments which don't warrant a thread.

It wasn't Striker doing impressions that got him heat. He was first on Raw, and got heat there though I don't know why. When he went to Smackdown, to tape stuff for WWE.com and do a dark match, he said something that got back to JBL that for some reason had JBL all fired up and when he was told to try and defuse the situation he said something else that saw Bob Holly tell Striker he had 24 hours to learn how to fight. Apparently, Striker said something to the effect of that even though he was sent to Atlanta he was able to talk his way out of it by telling DeMott and Jody Hamilton that he had business to take care of in New York. He was trying to be smart but it wound up with people hating him even more. What set Guerrero off on him is when Striker was asked what he was doing on Smackdown, Striker joked back with something like "just taking their money", which didn't sit too well and when Guerrero told Striker he needed to smarten up Striker again tried to be funny and it backfired in a big way because Guerrero got mad at Striker and walked off, and when Benoit found out what Striker had done, which he felt was disrespecting Guerrero, he threw Striker's bags out of the locker room and told him to dress somewhere else. Sounds like the usual treatment an intelligent guy gets from meatheads.

Oh no, don't start another Marvin's World typing of something.

Nancy Pelosi is driving me up a wall

I said this generation's pathetic because something like the State of the Union is viewed based on its entertainment merits. And her blinking won't even be mentioned. You must not follow the news too much. -
Webb sounded good, but closing your speech out with TWO different historical quotes makes him sound like he didn't have many things to say himself. That's how it was for me, anyway.

None of the commercials tipped you off?

God this generation is pathetic. When NBC had the little "in HD" thing at the bottom of the screen I thought of Marvin. Lo and behold, this thread is waiting for me. -

You only get ten nominations, silly. -
I know it's said often, but it's almost sad how strongly WWE feels that what's causing problems in the product are production times/qualities.

The OAO Raw Thread for 22/01/07

Weren't they just in Louisiana last week too, or am I imagining things? -
Their fans could get over it since they won both of their playoff games so far?
-
Manning's only won A big one, now we'll see if he can win THE big one.

The Jaguars are in a division with Houston and Indianapolis.

This is hard. You don't realize how many fuckers are here until you try to narrow down the list based on "contributions," which I define as influence since no one can really contribute much if you think about it. CWM Banky Slayer Barron Leena Incandenza Czech Chave Agent And, of course:

The film noir patois was a little overbearing at times, but the first Max Payne is the best game I've played myself, storywise. FFII/IV ruled when I was a little kid back before I knew about the tendency of Japanese games/cartoons/whatever to spiral absurdly out of control. I was like "the moon? What the fuck! I was just starting to enjoy the over/underground stuff!"
