(on the original I love 1988) "Don't Worry, Be Happy... I fucking hated that song. I didn't want to be happy. It made me ANGRY."
-
"Once a Freebird, always a Freebird." That rawks.

And what, pray tell, would those secrets be? "I'm a skanky ho w/ a BF"? Fucker. WJM's is now a strong contender. Those EYES of hers...

I still say Stephanie needs to lose those bangs.

Ehh, whatever. Mine rules without going for the cheap "put some boobs in your avatar and have people marvel" heat. Kylie whispering to you to tell her all of her secrets is delicious. Frozenblock's photo-negative girl gyrating was the best in a while, I think. His current one is also used by a real dickhead at the MustangWorld.com forums, so I've got a negative association there.

So it'll be #2 (perhaps #1 if Mr. Stoops goes to Stillwater has another deja vu ending) Miami hosting what will probably be #17 or so Tennessee in two weeks... (finds religion) Fortunately, we've got the PERENNIAL JUGGERNAUT~ Duke at home next week (and I'll be there to see it LIVE, mofos), so we've essentially got two weeks to prepare for Miami. Oh man, if we win, AT Miami, I'll build a massive statue of Smokey in my yard.

How did the whole New Me = Pedophile thing start?

ESPN and all the other sports channels/journalists are just going to have to get used to the idea that NCAA football is BETTER when you have new teams in the mix, as the NFL has been much better in recent years with an "anyone can win this year" feeling being predominant. Alabama/Tennessee: Game of the Year so far.

Yeah, I mean, they are people after all. Regardless of backstage machinations and all that crap, may their marriage do well... ... for a little while until they get divorced and I can have Stephanie myself.
-
I will admit, I was thinking to myself on Monday night that it'd be neat to see Lesnar/Goldberg.
-
Talk about the most minute and trivial things possible, but do so in a manner where it's funny. Works for me.

It's still a dream of mine to see the man perform. I don't care how broken down and slow he is and all, he's still Hulk fucking Hogan, the person I grew up watching. I'd gladly pay, and pay well, to finally see him do his thing in person.

Smackdown is in Albany tonight.

YESYESYESYESYESYES!!!! (massive Heyman mark)

I think they should not only have Austin wrestle in the match himself, but build it up huge as his first match in months and build how dominant he is as a wrestler (since it's clear he dominates even as a non-wrestler), THEN have Jericho be the man to eliminate him last. Oh, and make it the main event or next-to-last match.

Storm came out to silence, but the crowd warmed up to him quickly. The crowd was pretty good all night. Other than the first segment (which rubbed me the wrong way big time), the show was better than the masturbatory crap Smackdown puts out.

I wouldn't worry about it. Not like he's doing anything out of the ordinary for the internet. Besides, those two pictures in his sig are funny.

Done, and done. Now start joining, people. Tell 'em ol' Spoony send you, you'll get a cookie and will be entered in a contest for your own gorgeous Russian love slave.

Hate and indifference/boredom are different things.

I... was watching a different show I guess. I won't say everything blew, but I'm not going to let (VERY) low expectations fool me into thinking it was better than it was. MOTN was Angle/Cena, but that was around ***1/2 probably. I was just really really bored the whole time, and the Angle/Cena match was the only time I really paid attention, with the exception of the endings of the main and the McMahon match. Believe it or not, avoiding the internet for the most part for the last couple of weeks made me less forgiving, as all I could do all night was rack my brain as to why they were bothering with little things like the extra stipulations on an I Quit match, why they made the chain so damned high that only Undertaker could reach it if he stretched, and why on earth the FBI had to do a run-in. Didn't their issue with Undertaker go out the window the moment Nathan Jones disappeared? And do you really have to ask after every Smackdown PPV match or Smackdown-only PPV "who thinks Raw is still better?" Do you like being constantly told you're right or something? From a workrate perspective, Smackdown does rock Raw and rock it well, but I'll still watch Raw every week and only possibly watch Smackdown. Athleticism can only overcome so much garbage in their storylines. Pay Per Views are only three hours a month out of eleven total Smackdown puts out every month. 3/11 does not redeem the other 8/11. (looks forward to Goldberg/Michaels tomorrow night)

(sigh) Slack off on your posting for a while and people get the biggest (or even bigger) heads...

THANK YOU!!!!! (refers people to the link in his sig for ongoing bitching about things whenever I feel like posting them)

The funny thing is that one of the things I said tonight during the main event to someone was "You know, I just realized that there are absolutely no reasons to cheer for the Undertaker. The act is old, he never does anything particularly virtuous, isn't super strong or anything... damn. I miss the dead Undertaker."
