I was more of a fan of his tag team work - (The British Bulldogs) obviously. But also his pairing with Owen Hart was great too. However watching him LIVE at Wembley Stadium winning the INtercontinental Championship was awesome. I totally agree you could never build a promotion around him and his last run in the WWF was awful - just awful. They tried to push him as a major heel and then aborted it and paired him with the Mean Street Posse of all people?? Why the fuck was he wearing jeans as well - that always annoyed me. Wasn't Bulldog pushed as a main event player in his first WCW run against Vader and Sid? How over was he back then in the federation.

This whole ECW situation is a F-A-R-C-E. It has been back...what? Three weeks (four including One Night Stand). Jesus Vince, how about actually looking at the long term here, instead of panicking and pulling the trigger on the whole proper ECW Give Paul Heyman the book and let him do what he needs to do to differentiate the ECW brand from RAW\SMACKDOWN. The WWE does not need another C show to go along with the A and B. This was always going to happen when you run the ECW show in a crowd that is mostly WWE (Smackdown fans) and Vince is too fucking stubborn to allow ANYONE a slight break and is a total control freak. The brand and tapings should have been reborn at the ECW arena that would attract the demographic and fans that they obviously were trying to appeal to when Vince had this brain spark to revive. If they were not fully confident on the ECW guys getting the new promotion over then I’m sure the ECW fans would be won over by Big Show and Kurt Angle as long as they had their working boots on. Straight from the bat this was always going to fall flat on it’s arse. (That is if the stories don’t change again tomorrow). Vince was never going to allow Heyman create/resurrect a new ECW in Heyman’s vision. Bet he wished he just stayed at OVW. As for the Gunner Scott deal that is also bullshit. The guy has ton of potential. It just seems the WWE are terrified of letting wrestlers be just ……..wrestlers. Case 1 – Scott. Case 2 – Burchall and turning him into a pirate. Give him some interview time and an angle to run with. A Scott feud with Regal and Finlay would be sound. Actually have Regal/Finley get the tag straps then feud with Birchall and Scott over the title – would produce some top matches. Have Benoit return a bit early to manage the face team. Over time the team of Scott and Birchall get a bit big for their boots and say they no longer need Benoit’s tutelage – then bang you have another feud which will produce top matches. Not Rocker Science.

Apparently all three members of Diamonds in The Rough - Simon Diamond, Elix Skipper and David Young have been told that there services are not required during the summer in TNA. They may well be bought back in the autumn (fall). I think this is a shame as I think they are a good undercard - midcard stable.

I actually have no issue with Holly as a mid card performer, was a big fan when Russo actually donned him with the Hardcore gimmick, the feud with Al Snow and the Big Shot gimmick and Holly Cousins was all good stuff. Him being a dick in real life doesn't even come into it for me. Storyline wise yes it made sense as Lesner put him out of action however I just had a hard time excepting him in a main event programme with Lesnar for the World Title. at a big show like the Royal Rumble -although again to be fair it was on the undercard that year. Plus I wouldn't say he is very over, sure he gets some reaction but not to warrant a run in a World Title Programme. Plus those cheers could have been piped in on the taped Smackdown show. It also really annoys me that Honky Tonk Man is the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion.

Hi there people, It is only recently that I have got into the world of Bit-torrent. Using this technology instead of the standard Peer to Peer networks. I use the wonderful Eupornium for all my pornagraphic needs and Podtropolis for TV shows I then put on my I-pod, however what I'm after if anyone could recommend a good torrent site that specialises in DVD-R torrents. So that I can burn the DVD image of said film of TV Serise direct on DVD and then play on a standard DVD player. I know there are millions of sites however like I said, one that specialises in DVD-R format would be great. Thanks

Who? I have to say Orlando Jordan is the worse title reign in modern history - he was never over. Also Russo's booking of the IC title around 99 when Roaddog, Goldust (he was not over at the time) and Godfather all held the title - non of them deserved it. As for the World title I have to say Randy Oron - they pushed him too quickly when he wasn't any where near over at a World title level and because if this he will need A LOT of work to ever establish himslef as a main eventer ever again in the WWE. He was just fine as the Intercontinental Champion and maybe even pushing him as the longest ever reigning champion, surpassing The Honky Tonk Man's. Undeserved pushes - Mark Henry - he should be no where near the Main Event - he will always be a mid carder and I have a horrible feeling we will be adding his name in a few months time to this list as an undeserved champion. Hardcore Holly - Why? Oh Why? He was not over at all for a World Title programme. Zeus!!!!! Thank God Vince changed his mind and didn't draw out the feud until WM6. Chris Masters initial God Push.

Not minding the Booker/Lashley feud at the moment as it is really helping establish Lashley as an upper mid card talent. I'm also enjoying the use of Regal and Finaly in this angle - they are finally giving Regal at least something to do that doesn't fall in the category of "bad comedy". Another tag team is broken up in The Mexicools - at least the matches it produces should be entertaining. Super Crazy though should get the title off of Helms though - who is doing NOTHING for that particular championship. Please WWE give up on Sylvan. Looks like Chavo should be on his way back to the ring soon, I take it that he hit Rey with the chair then?? (HEEL turn soon looks like it is fast approaching). Chavo/Rey over the World title just doesn't cut it for me though? The return of Batista should help things. The Batista/Henry feud though is going to be ugly. Still looks like a flat show though to me. I take it Velocity is no more??? Still no Pitbulls on Smackdown. Grrrrrr!!!!!!
